If (and only if) you like Sunny Beach, meaning a big noisy seaside resort with 5 times more hotels than its beach can bear, then the New Line Village is a good choice: it is relatively close to the beach and it's quiet. Its location is in the more rarefied (for the moment) part of Sunny Beach (that is just before entering in Sveti Vlas). The appart- hotel "New Line Village" in itself is almost perfect: the "studio" formula is very convenient, because of the kitchen which is well equipped (but not with microwaves, unfortunately), the furniture is new and quite modern-like, the table corner is quite practical, etc... There is a small bar in the yard, near to the pool (very clean) but not too much in it, so don't book breakfast (it's bad)
There is no reliable map showing exactly the location of the hotel. No effort has been made to point it out from the main street. I have to give some hints right now, unless you'll search it for 2 hours, as I did, when I came in the evening (it was dark). New Line Village is located on a "street" parallel to the main street relying Sunny Beach to Sveti Vlas: 200 meters after a "Zora" supermarket (on the left), you will see, on the left hand side, a hotel called Butterfly and a "street" going to it. In the corner there is even a small sign hinting on "Relax Hotel". Take this street on the left, turn lef after Butterfly, pass "Relax" on right, and after that there is "New Line Village". Sourroundings look as a building site, ugly, it's a mess
The girl who welcomed us, Nelly.
1. i'll never go there again because they gave us the same POOR breakfast, i mean 2 slices of bread with cheese per person, a coffe and a kind of home-made juice; in the 4th day they gave us one tired orange per person more:)/ 2.The view is toward a kind of neglected plain/ 3. they never cleaned the room or changed the towels and took the garbage! We threw it away 3 times by ourselves!
The hotel stuff was very friendly and offered us useful information about Sunny Beach. The room was very good equipped, with modern furniture and electronics. The pool area was also very nice, and the hotel's bar has excellent prices.
A little bit too far from the beach, but if you have a car or use the public transportation the beach and downtown is very accessible.
Very nice looking rooms equipped with everything you need, nice view (if you get a sea side room you can see the beautiful city of Nessebar), the pool was great - always clean and never crowded. Overall it is a great place to spend a couple of days but bear in mind that if you're not willing to do some basic things for yourself ( a little bit of cleaning or taking out the garbage ) then it's not the place for you.
The gravel road that leads to the complex becomes a bit annoying if you leave often with the car. The close by surroundings are not that nice.
It's a very nice apartment complex with friendly staff. It was clean, quiet and calm.
The breakfast doesn't worth 3EUR and the surrounding areas were neglected.
the 1 bed apartment was great very spacious and brand new,the pool was of a decent size and food was great, the staff were fantastic and very helpfull could not ask for anything more, would highly recommend the new line,10 min walk to the beack and centre which is not too much.a great gem of a place
the one thing is it is up a small hill but it is no big problem so this shopuld not put anyone off it is worth the walk
I had an enjoyable time in NLV, i liked the fact that my one room appartment was brand new and completely furnished, with all the utilities, needed especially when travelling with your toddler. They also have a lovely pool. It was like the home from away from me.
The little road leading to the resort is very bad, and i think also the view around the hotel should be improved (this is not only for the hotel, but for the administrators of the entire area)
This is a brand new complex we had a deluxe apartment which had a sea view, and the accommodation was excellent and the pool was large for a small complex and very clean
There was no hairdryer or iron as promised and although we asked many times we were never given them in our stay, and as this is a new complex there is no road up to it only a dirt track
the rooms, the location, the staff
no
we liked your hospitality and flexibility we liked the fact that the place is very intimate and clean the price/quality report is very good and the fact that the picture on the site shows the reality
the street leading to the hotel and the parking
When you stay at New Line Village Apartments in Sunny Beach, you'll be by the sea, within a 5-minute drive of Action Aquapark and Sunny Beach. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For a surcharge, guests may use a shuttle from the airport to the hotel (available 24 hours) and a train station pick-up service.
