All of the staff that we encountered were very friendly. Reception staff were helpful in responding to our requests for information and services. The spa facilities were clean and gave us an opportunity to relax. The hotel was well located for the nearby rail station, which made it convenient for a day trip to London. It was very good value for money.
The only thing I would include here is the noise from outside traffic intruding into the room.
