缺點: The tv was difficult to use remote. Maybe a simpler version. Room was supposed to be a superior one. I saw no evidence of this.
not enough toiletries. Beatutifully decorated in public areas, and toilets by meeting rooms were well furnished with soap & cream etc

優點: Reception staff were really good, consierge was equally as good. Nice welcome, and fire in lobby. A lady in the restaurant for breakfast was very good, I think her name was Pam.
缺點: Breakfast was really not great, firstly the lady who seated us, asked if we wanted coffee and toast, then none arrived had to ask again for it, same with ordering some porridge it came 15 minutes later, but was like gruel, quite surprised that a 5 star hotel kitchen can't make porridge. Overall a little bit too structured and formal, but lacked professionalism in the restaurant.

缺點: 入住期間電梯恰好故障，不過員工樂願協助上下行李，地點因在鬧區，隔音較差。

缺點: Very small bed if you are 6 foot 2. Noisy air con unit ruined my sleep, which may have affected my view of the hotel. Otherwise very clean and everything you need. Just too small for a tall person.

缺點: Having a 12.5% service charge added to a drink I bought at the bar (went to the bar to buy it so no added service beyond normal bar duties).
Public hotel areas well equipped but very dusty in harder to reach areas.
Room had all amenities but nothing special.

優點: The location is excellent (just behind the Tate Museum & the MI-5 HQ, as well as only a couple of minutes away from the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey). Tube stations are 10min.+ away, but the area is well covered by buses. The common spaces look clean and modern and the staff is friendly and polite (but nothing "over the top", though). If you manage to get a good deal, it could be a very affordable hotel in the middle of London. I paid £550 for 5 nights, but a few days before or a few days after my stay and I could've easily paid around £1,200 for the same number of nights in the same period - mid-August.

缺點: The rooms are a bit outdated and could do with a fresh coat of paint and some new carpeting at the very least. The design is also very simple and minimal, which gives an overall "basic" feeling. Some refurbishment would go a long way in improving the comfort of guests and would justify some of the heftier rates charged by the hotel (probably off the back of the hotel's premium location rather than room comfort and facilities).

缺點: Really small single beds. Room was small also . The view from the window was appalling industrial bins and rubbish everywhere only looked out once and then closed the curtains.
