優點: Clean and comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Helpful when our air conditioning broke. They gave us a different room.
缺點: The bed is against the wall which is difficult if there are two of you -- you have to crawl over your partner to get out. Also, there is no privacy the way the bathroom is set up. It is a pod with the toilet in the middle of the room and the sink in the main room. This room would work for one person, but it is a bit tight and personal for two.
優點: Atmosphere and interiors, smart technology and simplicity of rooms.
Staff are all very helpful and attentive.
Location excellent for Tate Modern and City generally.
優點: It is close to the main city spots and it's easy to reach anything by tube.
缺點: Rooms are very small though and the alarm clock never snoozes !
優點: The staff were very friendly , professional , and efficient .
We had a quick check in could not complain about anything at all.
缺點: I liked the whole experience the bedroom was excellent , the breakfast was one of the best we have had in a hotel.

優點: I liked where it was located.
缺點: Packing area was packed which is understandable so I had to go to the underground car park which is understandable but what I don’t understand is why an employee couldn’t give me the correct code to get into the underground car park.
Also 20 minutes after I had checked out of the hotel I had realised I had left some clothes behind which was my mistake but to come back to the hotel to get no help, to find my clothes had been stolen was crazy.
When booking I also asked if I would get a nice view as that is what I want and that’s what I’m willing to pay, just for me to pay and look at a tennis court all day.
It’s not bad, I just personally wouldn’t go back, plenty other hotels I can receive a better service from
缺點: There were a number of issues prior to even arriving at the hotel - I contacted I contacted the hotel to ensure they could verify my reservation so I didn't experience any issues on arrival. I was passed from pillar to post to try and confirm this, and they were adamant that there was no reservation with my details. Another member of the team said she couldn't discuss anything with me because she didn't believe it was my booking.
On arrival at the hotel, I had no internet connection. I was extremely surprised but also annoyed because prior to making the reservation, I specifically checked on the Hilton Hotels & Resorts website where it stated that Wi-Fi was complimentary in all guest rooms. Not only this, but when I went to take a shower, the bath was extremely filthy & greasy and there was no soap available to even wash my hands.
For a renowned hotel chain that has an excellent reputation, I was not expecting this appalling service. Although I did contact Mr Chris Nassetta (CEO) and his team handled the matter pretty well - so that was a positive.
