缺點: The tv was difficult to use remote. Maybe a simpler version. Room was supposed to be a superior one. I saw no evidence of this.

優點: Well we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at the Mayfair and the staff could do more for us. We come back to our room to find a complimentary bottle of bubbly and chocolates, such a great supprize for both myself and the wife. Would we stay again definitely 100%.

優點: 因為綠意環繞
缺點: 第一）床有三層/ 不考慮ㄧ二層是-因為根本無法坐直 第三層還可以接受 但要碰運氣啦！ 入住21床 房間1 、2、3床沒有櫃子，16-17-18 卻是各有兩個 以致我樓上鄰居乾脆就把衣物置於地上 看起來真的很不雅觀 另外房間有異味 這次經驗真是糟透了！

優點: 喜歡住在大自然公園內 ！ 從hight street Kensington 出地鐵站左轉直走- 約5分鐘後會看到荷蘭公園就在右手邊-直走進去到底就看到YH 標示-
缺點: 希望能改善床的問題，我一個東方女生都無法坐直 那西方國家的大男生如何擠進那個小空間！ 期待儘速改善。空間很小，有異味！

缺點: 空間小、沒有冷氣，床位不透風很悶且有股臭味，外頭的座位雖然很多人聚在一起聊天，但是到了晚上會比較危險。 還有我冰在冰箱的牛奶被別人偷喝，氣噗噗

缺點: 洗澡的熱水沒有溫度可以調整，所以有點燙

優點: 浴室很乾淨，有小陽台，很安全。 除了爬很高，床還不難睡。 交通很方便。兩個地鐵站都很近…
缺點: 12人房是四張三層的床鋪，所以，要爬很高！然後，牽一髮而動全身的概念(床很搖晃)。很吵！很窄的房型。廚房很弱，只是能煮東西，

缺點: 1）房間非常的窄，其實應該撤掉一組床 我睡得是10床旁邊一個柱子 這主人 還硬要放一組上下舖 只要有3人在整理行李，就沒法出入 就是累啦！ 2）有窗戶卻鎖著，裡面沒有空氣就是靠著循環機這樣維持，幸好只住一晚， 3）唯一的衛浴也是非常的窄！ 不推薦 not recommended!

缺點: 沒有升降機，兩個女生拉著分別重20多kg和30多kg的行李走上三樓。 浴室超小，花灑水力也不夠，洗澡洗到一半會關燈。 房間太逼，走動空間小，床也很矮，坐著要彎腰。
