優點: The location was perfect. Directly across from Tower of London. The staff was friendly. The train is below the building so very convient to rest of city. Room is small but very nice. The color changing shower was a nice touch. We got upgraded to the best view we could ever imagine. The balcony for the bar on 7th floor was great to look out at all the sights.

缺點: Despite the number of different restaurants the room service menu is quite limited.
Movie selection on in room TV is difficult to browse through.
Some areas on our floor (floor 2) had quite a strong "smoked food" smell, assume from the kitchens.
Took a bit of fiddling to work out the light switches / dimmers in room.

缺點: 1. 樓下酒吧很吵，半夜也很多人 2. 床的設計不太好，樓上樓下一點小動作也能感受到，要安定睡眠者可能不太合適 3.洗澡跟洗手間都是男女混合，洗澡出來可能會見到男性祼露身體，有點尷尬。

缺點: 1.櫃檯員工不夠 2.卡容易異常 我入住四天，第一天check in只有一個工作人員，但排隊等check in的有好幾組，一組要5分鐘左右，我等了快半小時才check in 然後我的卡異常兩次，第一次反應櫃檯告知我不要和oyster卡或手機放一起，我也照做了，隔天還是一樣異常，結果為了處理這個卡我又等了20分鐘...因為有三組人在等check in，卻只有一個工作人員
