Lack of conceirge services, lack of porters to carry luggage, lack of international news (CNN, CNBC...etc) or sport channels in the rooms.

We found all of the staff very friendly and accomodating. The room was equipped as advertised and very clean. daily linen and towel change was also welcomed.

The bar at the hotel was not open for long enough, it would have been nice to sit in the bar for a night cap.

Despite an error with the booking of our rooms, the hotel staff made every effort to compensate for the inconvenience. The hotel was comfortable, and situated in a very good location for visitng central London.

The rooms were smaller than expected, perhaps in need of refurbishment in the near future.

Good position,convenient, friendly staff and trhe hotel has parking facilities (unusual in Central London
