The location is quite good, very close to an Underground and bus station in Zone 1, so public transport to central London is cheaper. The hotel is on a quiet side street that opens into a busier street, with lots of fast foods, shops and pubs. The room size was ok, same for the bathroom. It was also comfortably warm in the room.
Wi-Fi only covers the reception and breakfast room. Breakfast is very basic.
The position. Really two steps from the Earl's Court tube Station and near a street full of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and so on. It's located in a quite silent place. It's absolutely worth for the price.
The hotel was clean and tidy, it was good also to have the microwave inside the room and also the bathroom was not too small. It's situated very close to the Earls Court tube station and near there you can find 2 pubs for the english breakfast (I suggest you more the one closer to the underground station anyway, cheaper).
The bad point was we had a room on the top floor, which meant to make everytime 82 steps to reach the room... and the worse thing was to do that with the luggage. And second point was the breakfast room, which was too warm for me and very little (more or less 6 tables for 2 people), so I had breakfast in only once. And the wi-fi connection was available only on the stairs as the signal was a little low. no other bad aspects.
Good location, close to Earls Court tube, supermarkets and restaurants. The breakfast was plentiful, although the breakfast room was quite small.
The room was quite cold because the window didn't shut properly so a lot of the warmth from the radiator went straight out the window; the bed quilt smelt quite musty and unpleasant and the en suite was actually a wet room so you can't have a shower without getting water all over the toilet. I've stayed in better hotels for the same price or cheaper in this area.
profesionalism of staff
The room was neat, uncluttered clean. Microwave and sat tv. Breakfast was good. Situation was quiet, undisturbed.
Shower a little cramped.
quiet street, close to underground station
it was OK. reception staff was nice,
however kitchen staff was not very friendly, to say the least
the location and value for money during this busy period
Rooms were very small. Had difficulty putting two suitcases and two back packs on the floor of teh room. Also the shower drain did not work properly and flooded the room a bit.
The location, near Earl's Court, nice area
we were made to move to another room with less beds and a matrass on the floor. the breakfast room was so small that people were queing all the time
