The building was beautiful outside, right around the corner from transportation, good wifi
where do I begin? Check in seemed okay. Walked into the very small room and realized there was no where to keep our bags.
We had bedbugs, made anything else hard to notice.
If there's good to be said, it's not a bad location and the rooms seemed to have been updated reasonably recently. homestly, I may have thought it was a pretty decent hotel especially for the price of it weren't for the massive issues we had in our stay that make it impossible to recommend.
We had a bedbug issue in our room. While the hotel staff did a little to be accomadating after, that doesn't matter, as it's never ok especially since one of our group has a severe allergy and spent the mext several days with large swollen welts all over. Made the rest of our trip difficult to enjoy, and there's very little they could have done to make up for it.
The location, nice staff.
Nothing particular, it's just one of the many a bit crappy but fine to spend a night in London hotels. Nothing exitiong, nothing too bad, just fair if you look nothing but a bed and basic breakfast
The staff and reception are very friendly and copertating and its location is good
Rooms are very small and not well designed and looks old
Friendly staff, good value for money, excellent location
The same every breakfast coz we stay 9 days.
I like the location, near Paddington staton, it was super to reach the hotel and the railway was just nearby to travel to other cities or airport. I like the garden in front of the garden. Internet WiFi faciolities were a super option which I have used a lot and avoid extra money and time spent at the internet clubs outside. Staff was ready to support, I got a hairdryer, iron and british electricity plug adaptor for free and used them as much as I needed. Daily cleaning of the rooms and fresh towels were also a plus.
The bathroom was so small that it was not even possible to move there freely. Two people at the bath was not possible. Bathroom cleanness was fair. It was soooo small. Another minus was the breakfast, I was staying at the hotel 15 night and at the end I was hating the same egg-omelet and beans... The breakfast was very poor, and THE SAME, with no even small changes! No even a yogourt or a croissant... however, for this rate and location, and for young people, it was a great choice in London.
There were not too many peaple during the breakfest! And the food was very good. The man who served us was polite and well trained for the job.
The stears where a bit to small for a normal foot. And the bathroom a bit too small. There was somthing wrong with the door also.
The toilet-and shower need maintence
Friendliness of the staff
No Parking facilities
the bed vas too hard....
