Shower didn't work during my stay. A door that hardly locked and thin walls, coupled with the sound of staff apparently doing work well past midnight, led to a largely sleepless night.
Reception staff excellent. Window in my room was jammed open and when I asked for this to be attended to, this was immediately dealt with.
I would prefer the option of a better quality cooked breakfast and would expect to pay more than £4 for it
We liked very much the ambient, the staff very nice, kind and helpul. The zone very good, but especially the people overthere.
I liked the place and I will return even it is a small hotel
If you think that you stayed at the worst hotel, you have not been in Rose Court Hotel yet
the location was excellent
d location was d best ting i can say, u get wat u pay for n all dat, wud stay again as didnt spend anytime in the room jst somewhere to sleep
everything is in need of either a repaint or refit, brown bathroom suite, no kettle of a cuppa in d room, kill urself when getting out of shower, place is jst falling apart, n as for breakfast its based on eggs either fired poached scrambled etc, n dats nt included, wat is is toast n tea , but as already said wud book again had such a laugh out of d place
The tea and coffee facilities were good. The location was excellent for shopping in the city.
The room door didn't lock properly and was hanging off the wall.In addition the hotel was having a refit of carpets so we had to use the lift at all times as the stairs were out of use.
Desperatly in need of refurbishment last room decor probably in the region of 15yrs+ ago.
the reason I stayed at the Rose Court was it's proximity to Oxford Street which was very convenient. I expected it to be a bit shabby, which it was but it was also clean, particularly the linen & towels
