Nice staff. Small nice family run business. Breakfast was served.
Given the location, not much could be changed except maybe the room keys but the keys were small and easily fit in my pockets.
staff friendly and helpful
The best thing about the stay was the friendly, informative staff. Nothing to complain about at all really. Great location, nice breakfast.
helpful and friendly staff, especially Peter at breakfast!
Our triple room was very hot.
close to everything
liked everything about it
The staff were very friendly and the breakfast very tasy. The location was very convienient to Victoria Station.
The hotel is very central and is located in a beautiful part of the city, well-connected to many other place of interest in London, also close to major sightseeing places. The bus stop in fron of the hotel serves as an excellent means of transport for the Westminster area, Trafalgar Square, Victoria Station etc. The staff were very interested and friendly. The road on which the hotel is located is indeed elegant. Many restaurants and supermarkets are within walking reach. The room was as silent as expected. There is an international adaptor in the room which we appreciated.
The room was small. We could hardly move around with our toddler. If you have a double room with two suitcases, you canot have any space to move. There is no rack for placing the luggages, which I think is a must. The shower head in the bathroom is fixed, cannot be handled or rotated. This creates difficulty when having to bathe your toddler/child. There is no space/facility for cots in the room. The door is very heavy and it takes real strenght to open it. The stairs are so very short that you are scared of slipping back.
The hotel's proximity to Victoria station, the friendliness of the hotel staff and the personal service including the home cooked breakfast.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bath was exceptionally clean. The location was great. We would definitely stay there again when in London.
Centrally located, fair price, cleanliness.
Just that there's no lift, but I don't suppose there's much you can do about that.
Enjoyed the full English breakfast each day.
The location of the Luna And Simone Hotel is outstanding, very close to the Victoria Tube Station and within walking distance of Buckingham Palace. The hotel staff was professional and very helpful. The rooms are small but very comfortable. The English style breakfast service in the morning was always good and prepared as per our requests. It was raining during our stay and the staff let us borrow two extra umbrella's. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
Our two rooms were on the second from the top floor, carrying our luggage up the many flights of stairs was the only item I did not like about the hotel.
The family who runs the hotel does everything right.
Located in London (London City Centre), Luna-Simone Hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Apollo Victoria Theatre and Victoria Palace Theatre. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff.
