The staff on reception, particularly the lady when I arrived, were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room I was given was excellent. I wasn't huge, but it had a great cosy feel to it and the decor gave it a slightly luxurious feel, which was pleasantly unexpected. I was also pleasantly surprised how close the hotel was to Paddington Staton for the Heathrow Express (an easy 15-20 minute walk). All in all it was a great place to stay and I would definitely use it again.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was acceptable, but could have done with a deeper clean. However I would still stay at this hotel again as overall it really was a great experience.

The room has a really nice, modern design. Great location. Really good value for money for a triple room in this area in London. We will defenitely come back here again.

They are renovating the breakfast room,so now they have a tiny little room for the breakfast,which is really crowdy at the weekend.

the staff is not particularly friendly or helpful; the bed in my room was very uncomfortable; the hotel is currently being renovated and there is ongoing construction work; the telephones did not work in any of the rooms; no internet access.
