We stay at the Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square frequently, both for leisure and business. We find it's location is unbeatable. The staff are friendly and efficient.

Very noisy rooms. I had to request to change room due to refurbisment works but still the noise was unacceptably high.personnel at cafe lounge were not proffesionally trained/unacceptable behaviour

I liked the beautiful room and comfortable beds - pillows to die for! The breakfast in the morning at Maze Grill was the absolutely lovely. The staff were all very friendly and polite.
