Dirty small rabbit hole rooms
Location was convenient
Everything else was rubbish
only good thing was the location
good location next to underground
dirty, rude staff, tiny room, outdated bathroom
We liked the warmth in the room, it was comfortable enough for our needs.
The view from the room wasn't very appealing, and we were woken early by the noises in the kitchen, as we were right next to it.
Staff were somewhat arguementative with other customers! Breakfast was poor; advertised as continental but actually just toast.
very convenient for Earls Court Exhibition Centres, near underground station, comfortable, clean. Good coffee but breakfast lacks imagination. Would stay again.
No duvet and scratchy blankets sum this place up. I booked a double room but what I got was a cupboard with two single beds wedged together. Would rather have slept on someones sofa.
Great location with friendly staff at a good price. The room was clean, and although small, was quiet and well equipped.
Breakfast was chaos. The basement breakfast area was too small and very, very busy during our stay. After the first morning we gave up and ate elsewhere.
Near tube station.
A bit smal.
The Staff were really friendly and helpfull, especially the lady on reception on the day I arrived. As I was alone I felt really safe and secure in the hotel.the breakfast was outstanding and worth every penny.
The taxi I ordered from reception charged me over twice as much as they did from a black cab on my return which I know is not the hotels fault but they could change the company they use. The shower curtain pulls in and sticks to you the whole time your in there and there could have been a mat of sorts as water was everywhere.
Very reasonable (but you get what you pay for)
Bath room and toilets need not to be share with others. Room service and supporting technical service were great.
Wake up early in the morning, open the door to find a guy sleeping infornt of your door step. Where is the security? The rooms seem very dim and shower although set to hot but water sometime running very cold and sometimes hot. Type of breakfast can be improved rather than only toast or corn flakes.
Nice breakfastroom, everthing was very clean, close to the tube.
My singleroom was a littlebit claustrofobic, but what the h... your're in London so what do you expect! (no 82 in the annex) Pls mention the annexbuilding in the information about the hotel.
