Wrong car
缺點： Deceiving the customer: Kayak suggests the car is standard then after you pay you get an email from Carrentals saying it is actually a small car then you go to Avis and they say it is actually a compact car.
This is plain and simple deceiving to the customer. I am not also glad about the support from either Kayak or Avis to resolve this issue.

缺點： They charge me extra $18. They claimed it is airport fee which is not mentioned in my reservation and tried to get drop off fees.

DXB process is poor
優點： The car was great - clean, comfortable, brand new, drove beautifully, a nice car.
缺點： The process at DXB terminal 1 was dreadful. Even though we were first at the desk, our car hire had been pre-booked, our plane was late (thus giving more time to get the car ready) we still waited more than 45 minutes for the car to be delivered. There was no real explanation why - it is just a hugely inefficient process. Drop off was no better - the guy at the desk seemed completely unwilling to take the car back until his driver - who checks over the cars - was available. No one knew where he was or why he was not available. I ended up leaving him the car keys - I had a plane to catch! Budget needs to employ a couple more drivers!!

No office or cars in Terminal 3
優點： Cheap car in decent shape, though very basic trim package.
缺點： There is a rental car garage in terminal 3, with outlets for Hertz, National, Dollar, Sixt and others. You can exit your Emirates flight and grab a car. For Budget, you need to call and connect with a driver that will take you to terminal 1. It took me 45 minutes to get to a counter from the time I entered the arrivals hall. Another 15 minutes when returning to get driven from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3. Would never use them if flying on Emirates. The car was fine and cheap, but I imagine all the other brands would have also been fine without the extra wasted hour and hassle.

I called the "emergency" center to request a copy from the cars license after being pulled over by the cops and dropped it off 3 days later without getting the requested scanned paper.
