clean & comfortable
i booked a single en suite room for 3 nights. they asked me to move to a single room with shard bathroom. the bad bad was not comfortable and the bathroom was not clean.
The twin bed room is small and the bathroom is tiny and uncomfortable. The shower is so disgusting.
closeness to the rail station and was very quiet whilst there
bathroom a little cramped for taller people
Quiet location very close to the Travel Interchange for both bus and train. Room was pleasant and clean. Perfect value for money base to explore from
Tiny shower cubicle which might be a problem for a normal sized person (I am small) Not a neighbourhood I would walk about at night as a lone female
Room well presented, matching bed linen, curtains etc. Very fresh and clean. Shower room compact but very good condition and very clean.
Parking - could not find public car park nearby we had expected. Gaps on road few and far between.
Tatty. No fire escape or procedures. Dirty laundry left in hallway for days. Toilet seat was fully up at a 45 degree angle! 'Ensuite' was a tiny cupboard. Curtains hanging off rail. Propriator unprofessional. Is still classed as 3 diamonds on internet in 2009, but certificate in hallway is 2003 - in our opinion it is not worthy of 1!
Good value for money
Customer service is poor
Location close to local facilities. Ie. Railway station, bus station, supermarkets and cafes. And just off the main highway
I asked about the bar being open in the evening.told it would be open.when I arrived around 10pm, I found that it was closed.
The good reception I recieved on arrival at the hotel(I was very late)and the comfort of the room.
