RESERVATION GUARANTEE POLICYThe Inn at the Cove requires all reservations be guaranteed by a valid form of payment, prior to arrival. The evening prior to arrival, a prepayment of $35 will be charged to the guests credit or debit card. This amount will be credited to the total room and tax for the stay. If you wish to change your form of payment upon check-in, a Guest Service Agent will assist you. Should the payment be declined, the reservation is not guaranteed, will be cancelled, and the room placed back into inventory for sale. Staff will make every reasonable attempt to contact the guest to reserve the room again, based on contact information at the hotels disposal.
