優點： Service and polite staff.

缺點： Not much space between the seats for my long legs.

優點： even though I was in Economy class, the seat was comfortable, the food was good and the flight attendands were attentive and polite

缺點： Great airline great service. Haihly recommended

優點： The flight was really comfortable, the food was the best meals on the plane as far as I could remember. The stewardess were very helpful and friendly.

優點： The airplane was quite and clean and the crew were helpful

缺點： Some items were not new and not in a good shape like the headphones and the pillows. The crew didn't pickup the plates after we finished our meal

優點： The friendliness of the crew and the comfort of the seat + size of the screen

缺點： Possibly more food options could of been better, only had western or Japanese option

優點： KLM are our airline of choice. A great full-service carrier with impecable standards.

缺點： Flight on time would have been good when you have a late evening arrival. Long wait for luggage at Birmingham airport.

優點： The crew are amazing! Attentive and friendly.

缺點： Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger.
