優點： Comfortable seat with good recline and leg room. Noise cancellation head phones are effective and comfortable. Good selection of audio and video entertainment.

優點： CX crews are professional as they are very customer oriented

缺點： The ground services in Melbourne airport was really bad! Chaotic arrangements for boarding and especially unpleasant staffs!

優點： This flight and seat was definitely more comfortable than going to HongKong- space was ver cramped before.

缺點： Vegetarian meals can be better, breakfast eggs get over cooked and rice also.

優點： Standard of the flight was good

缺點： Food should request order by the crew, rather then trolly push like an old style

缺點： food and inflight entertaitment with very few choices are very poor - flight attendant always on the PA for meaningless message in 3 languages

優點： The onboard crews were excellent. The entertainment was good too. However, the HK check in counter staffs were terrible, rude, condescending, unprofessional. They left bad tastes in our mouths and ruined the whole trip experience.

缺點： Cathay HK check in counter staffs need to be courteous, respectful, and professional. They need to be trained not to be rude, condescending, disrespectful, unprofessional

缺點： We requested wheelchair assistance for my grandmother (3 days before the flight), but at the departing airport, the person with the wheelchair left early and we had to walk her on to the plane. When we arrived at Hong Kong, there was no wheelchair on the bridge, and after disembarking and being told to wait, it took 30 minutes for them to bring one. The ground staff kept trying to convince us to just walk which seemed very unprofessional.
