My stay was perfect. Because of Covid-19, everything was very controlled and I felt very safe. Masks were worn at all times inside the hotel. We ate outside and there were no masks needed, and the tables were spaced well. The people in the restaurant were very friendly as was everyone that worked there. Breakfast was delicious.

I would have liked a softer bed, but I still slept very well. My room was quiet and peaceful. I also would have liked different pillows. These were too puffy for me. Still I slept very well.

Great beach great place I will definetly go again

For the price paid, the room was fantastic. We got a room on the ground floor with a little patio and a view over the pool. It was out of season, so really quiet and just a nice place to relax. The room was big, very clean and comfortable. It is also just a few minutes walk down to the beaches. Just note that the walk back is a serious uphill.

The staff in this hotel are great! The older gentleman who was on duty for the weekend provided an outstanding customer service for us. Nothing was too much trouble and we are very grateful to him for organising the TV channels in the bar so we could watch the Rugby World Cup games. Obrigado!

Excellent hotel. Cleanliness second to non. Staff warm and friendly. Easy acsess to town little hike coming back up steep hill but doable. All in all lovely hotel and would return without hesitation

Great value for money. Big room, very modern bathroom and shower.

Location is quiet but at top of a hill. My tip is to walk to the beach and bars, and get a 4 euro taxi back!

The hotel was lovely. Town and restaurants were in walking distance (it is a bit of a climb back up the hill). Lovely location, would definitely recommend this place.

The check-in staff was not really friendly.

The room was big and bright and it didn't bother us to have "parking view". Although the hotel looks a little old, it was clean and you could see it was taken care of. The breakfast was really good and varied. Distance to the city center was not long, but the streets are really uphill.

Kitchen was older, not reconstructed in a few years, equipment of the kitchen was old.

Staff lovely room spacious and very clean with large terrace , restaurant wonderful .only a short walk downhill to the lovely town (taxi back ) great swimming pool with plenty of loungers all togethera great experience to celebrate our 59 th wedding anniversary. It was just a pity we had to pay twice for the same break away.wish we hadn’t booked the Campignir place at all

Shower is excellent. The rooms are large with plenty of space for luggage. Hotel is only 10 minutes walk to the town. Pool area is nice with loads of sunbeds and staff at reception and bar were all lovely.

The the hill is quite steep and certain places you have to walk on the road so not ideal if you have a buggy.

Lovely big room opening onto a courtyard. It is dated and older building but very well kept and clean. Bathroom had been modernised. Comfy bed, great shower, friendly staff. Great pool. Good location can walk into town and beach. Value for money

It was a nice quiet place to stay for two nights while we explored Algarve. Rooms are quiet and most people in the hotel are older or with children but you barely heard them or saw them. The terrace was nice and we made good use of the kitchenette to cook some Percebes that we caught in the local caves. Shower and bathroom, in general, spacious and clean. Carpark locations easy to find. Staff super friendly.

Not much, except the walk up the hill after dinners in town were a struggle but good to work off our meals!

Very comfortable hotel for small money: great bed, spacious room, nice shower, terrace. Convenient parking right in front of the hotel.

The location is a bit away from the life so be prepared to walk about 15 mins to the town and beach. Not a big deal but just to be aware.

Very big room with good lighting. Bed is big and comfortable. Hotel restaurant served very good quality set dinner at fair price. Breakfast was included with good variety. Friendly and helpful staff.

Suggested hotel to post a turn left direction sign at the main street for driver so that we won't miss to turn left.

Very large studio with plenty of room and spotlessly clean. Nice big balcony. Kitchen areas could do with a little updating to fit in with the rest of the room, but you had everything you needed. Will definitely be going back. Fantastic value for money

Huge rooms with modern bathroom with good water pressure and drench shower head. Both bedrooms in the 2 bed apartment had an ensuite. Quiet location away from the centre but within 20 minutes walk of bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Small swimming pool area was nice to relax at the end of the day.

A few extra bits in the kitchenette would have been handy (e.g. a chopping knife not just a bread knife, toaster, extra cutlery)

The room was massive and well appointed with complete kitchenette and large wet room shower. WiFi was good quality and there was plenty of parking available. The bed was very comfy and the small balcony was nice to watch the sunrise.

No complaints apart from not being able to stay longer and enjoy the relative quietness of this town in the Algarve! If you have difficulty walking however, best to use Taxi to get into and out of town, as its a higher gradient up and down from the hotel to the town.

Really lovely hotel and staff were very help and accommodating, we didn’t pay a lot so wasn’t expecting anything flash, however if we were told it was a 5* hotel I would believe them after our visit as everything was perfect start to finish.

Evening Meal in the Restaurant - A Set Menu which, in our opinion, was expensive for the quantity and quality of the food. The service could also be much improved.

Pillows little bit too firm for me but it wasn’t super big problem. Hotel is located a little bit far from centre but I’ve had car so it wasn’t also a problem

Very friendly staff whom were always happy to help. Hotel was spotlessly clean, pool area was quiet and no problem getting a lounger.

Beds were a little bit on the firm side for me and the walk back from town up hill was a little bit too much but this was easily solved by jumping in a taxi for 4 euros. We wasn’t informed that we ...

Location is a tough walk up.the hill from the town. But it's only a 5 euro taxi fare so not a problem at not so busy times.

This hotel is really a traditional run in the area. They have an excellent staff and the new rooms are super comfortable, doesn’t matter if you take the breakfast (good) or want to prepare your own ...

The only thing I would suggest them to work on Is the humidity smell (sometimes)on the bathrooms ...
