The shower is super but you need to keep your hand of the button, it is not the best. However cool and big shower!!

Not so much the place or the rooms but more the people as some especially in bathroom keep putting their rubbish on top off the bins as opposed to inside the actual bin itself which doesn’t make scenes

I think the bathrooms could have more fresh air going in n out of them I think if not more air flow then timed air fresheners will be able to get the best of the quality surrounding! The cleaner takes too long and I would like to see the TV on big screen even if it cant come off football ⚽ I'd like to be able to sit up in bed x

The toilets and bathrooms are very clean.

The bed are too compact... the room over head is too small that I can’t even sit straight, which is quite annoying.

location good good transport links..bus stops within 1 - 2mins walk...Clapham junction station within 10-15 mins walk. Found the place clear and tidy and you get a discount on food and drink purchased at the bar.

Hostel is very very clean , plugs are on every single bed (sometimes is not and it's very important) big mirror in the room , lockers are there as well , beds in very good condition not making noise . For this price is very nice and clean bathrooms are clean . Transport is very easy , bus stop to town is straight away at front of the hostel . Downstairs is pub , but you can't here any noise in the rooms which is big plus . Personal very helpful , can't say anything bad about this place . I've been in lot of hostels in London , this one is on the top . Highly recommended :-)

Cleanliness and Staff

The staff is very helpful and polite. It’s the a hostel but with top class facilities, fast shower, clean rooms, beds, sheets, duvet and toilet. There is a pub downstairs where you can have food. You are also allowed to bring food from outside but not the alcohol. The location is superb.

On weekends it’s expensive

Two toilets broke down by the end of my stay here.

The staff is very friendly, the drink and food are absolutely yummy, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. I think it's a fantastic place to relax, and when you are tired, all you have to do is go upstairs to bed. I was traveling alone and felt very safe. It was convenient to have a USB port on the wall in my bed, I didn't have to use my adapter. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to the UK. I would highly reccomend it.

Clean room with sockets at every bed.

The shower would only run for 4 seconds and then you'd need to push it again and that was quite annoying.

Great hostel with comfortable beds and friendly staff. The beds have their own usb charging socket points which is great to charge your phone. If you stay at the hostel you get discounted food and drink. Highly recommend the food, I had the breakfast option which was fabulous. The evening menu looks delish too and the food I spotted coming out from the kitchen looked very good.

My allocated bunk had some random sleeping in it when I arrived late at night. The helpful staff sorted it out quickly and gave me a different room and bunk (which also had some random sleeping in it) but he moved out of my bed and in with some dude in the top bunk. Very odd... but after that a great nights sleep. :)

Great pub, great hostel, the staff is fair and polite the food is fresh and delicious . Hostel the room and toilets are clean and in general good condition. Beds are comfortable the linen is fresh clean. At the pub you have discount for food and drinks. Nice atmosphere great interior, recently refurbished.

Need some more attention for maintenance when the toilet was clogged for five days. It shouldn't take that long to fix it.

You have to bring your own padlock to use the lockers in the room and I wasn’t made aware of that beforehand

It was comfortable. The rooms, even though had 9 in, where still big enough to cope with all the people and luggage. Every bed also has power and a basket to store thongs in.

No.kitchen to allow.you to cook your own food. Even though you do get discounted food, it would be good to have the ability to cook.

The staff was super nice and the pub area was quiet and cosy. The room was not too small and I liked the fact that each bed had a sort of basket on the side, and there was a chair in the room, a mirror (little details that are actually really helpful when you choose a hostel instead of a hotel room!). I also appreciated that as well as the shower rooms which were male/female, there also were two separate wc+shower bathrooms which were more private and convenient.

The only annoying thing was the locks on door lol the buttons are a bit funny. It would be easier with a card type key. But not a big deal.

Such a clean and comfortable place to stay! Great, friendly and helpful stuff + delicious burgers, don't need nothing else!
