缺點： They scam people. Wish I was smart enough and rented from somebody else! First, they charged me for additional third-party insurance. Their T&C says they provide one already but in realty they demand you to pay more money or else they won't rent the vehicle to you. They didn't like any letters I showed them and wanted quite specific letter addressed to them. They charge ridiculous $80 "management fee" for a ticket. And they charged me $120 for cleaning a vehicles though the guy greenlight the return and let me catch the bus. They told my bank that the reason because I didn't sign the slip was because "return done outside of working hours" (really, 7am is outside of your working hours? You open at 5am!) Jerks.

Dissapointed

缺點： I arrived later due to my delayed flight and took almost 1 hour to get picked up to the rental place , on top the guy told me that somebody took my car already and then that another person cancelled my reservation so he offered he took me outdoor and try to give me another large car that apparently was the only one available with another price of course so took my bags and when to budget!

缺點： On arrival limited staff, some level of confusion between staff & car available.

London Gatwick

缺點： Off Airport location means building an extra hour or so to journey as shuttle timetable is every 30 minutes. Queue at checkout desk due to "surprise" deposits for fuel and insurance delay rentals due to explanations/frustrations/anger at unadvertised approach - i.e .you get a good deal if you can afford to put down a lot of money first and believe it will be refunded to you - upfront rather than after rental charging is hidden in the small print.

缺點： We waited 3 hours for our car to be ready at the rental place even though we showed up on time. Additionally the company made numerous charges to our credit card that we did not approve, the staff were rude and unpleasant towards customers. They took no responsibility for their shortcomings and blamed all of the issues on the customers, there were several yelling matches between customers and staff in the rental office. The actual rental car place was a 15-20 minute shuttle to the airport and it was advertised as being at the airport, and the shuttle only came every 45 minutes. I would never recommend this service to anyone
