缺點： Cabin AirConditioning fault. Air bridge fault all delayed flights from Fort Lauderdale to San Antonio

優點： Clean modern plane

缺點： Switched to American airways so the booking reference did not work. Had to call them to get a new reference so I could check in. But could not get boarding pass. Food not too good on the flight.

缺點： Very small cramped aircraft

優點： Check in was very good Both Outward and Return flights were on time. Crew very attentive Seating not too bad (if you haven't got long legs)

缺點： Food could be a bit more varied - some people don't like pasta and some people don't like chicken - what was left????? Should have different entertainment on different legs of the journey Not really Flight-related but Passport Control in US could do with a review .... waiting a good hour or so - come stations were empty and those that weren't the staff were changing shifts while there was still loads of people to go through - not nice when you have people meeting you.

優點： We arrives early.

缺點： Very long walk to next gate. No golf carts wanted to bring US. Wife is pregnant

優點： Came close to missing flight because of gate delay because of connecting flight, but one of the flight attendants saw I was flustered and sweaty and gave me a cup of water before the flight even took off. Very thoughtful and nice.

優點： Nice quick flight staff great and very helpful!

缺點： Entertainment wasn’t free

優點： Service by crew. I was flying economy but it was par to business class.

優點： Good choice of movies but not all have subtitles, which comes in handy since phones are not really good. Food was great!

缺點： Seating pitch is just not acceptable for 10+ hrs long flight! I am tall (1.92 cm) but there are taller people than me and there is just no way they can sit in economy class seat! That is basically some kind of racism..

優點： I was lucky enough to travel on the 777-300 new config business. Pyjamas to boot, never had those in biz class before. Hats off to China Eastern, exceeded my expectations and beat the competition. Gutted my flight is with Lufthansa from Shanghai to Frankfurt. Will definitely be looking to fly with them again. Can't comment on economy as didn't get chance to look around.

缺點： Long waiting queue 100+ People and only 2 staff working for standard check in. No baggage drop for already checked in passenger

優點： Plane was okay/good. Crew was good.

缺點： 1. The flight delay. 2. Horrible food. 3. In-flight entertainment set wasn't working. When we told the stewardess about it, it wasn't addressed till the flight was about to land. Which was by then, rather useless. They gave a a complimentary bottle of wine though.
