缺點： Everything. Can it please leave on time for once

優點： The crew were fantastic. Departed on time, arrived 40 minutes early.

缺點： Delta One is a bit jaded on this flight.

優點： Friendly, efficient crew

缺點： Uncomfortable seat in 1st class. Poor quality video screen, too small, too far away, poor sound.

優點： None of it

缺點： Everything. Can it please leave on time for once

優點： Staff and flight were good

缺點： The chicken dinner was mediocre

優點： The crew was excellent

缺點： We had mechanical problems and had to come back to Atlanta, get off our plane and get on another one

優點： Service by crew. I was flying economy but it was par to business class.

缺點： Had to collect & re check luggage between flights. Couldn't they have been transferred to the next aircraft?
