優點： Flight arrived on time

缺點： No food provided "due to a strike the previous day". Not sure why this would impact on providing a sandwich or snack particularly when champagne was still available for first class passengers.

缺點： The check in desk was late opening & the carry on luggage size was smaller than advertised on their website, so it had to be put in the hold. Open on time to prevent less stress to travelers & give more accurate information about cabin luggage.

優點： Crew were excellent

缺點： Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger.

缺點： We had 4 hour delay causing a stop over at 3am. So yeah

缺點： Seat was super uncomfortable. Could not fit in my legs at all, could not recline it enough. Maybe sufficient for a one hour flight, definitely not on an intercontinental flight.

優點： The free glass of red wine when the plane finally took off.

缺點： The flight was delayed. We were told that it was just a half an hour delay by the man that was informing us of the delay and then we were then told by a woman that it was going to be over an hour. We weren’t told any specifics of why the plane was delayed, other than: “ the engineers are looking at the issue now”. We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?

缺點： There was no entertainment and the food could be better

優點： Had decent room space seats comfortable

缺點： My luggage could have arrived for a start

優點： Will if you didnt know yet it was horrible. because of the reschedulling i miss my flight from paris to venice and all this flight is boon through you but i couldnt contact cheapflights because you dont handle it. So what do you think??

缺點： Well at least you could at least know what happened but instead i still got message from you that my flight was still on for 1235 really are you guys that really dumb??

優點： The crew was nice and friendly, food was ok

缺點： Food should request order by the crew, rather then trolly push like an old style

缺點： 機上娛樂系統壞了

缺點： Headphones for the entertainment centre.could have been better. Sound quality not great.
