缺點： My flight was canceled. The airline couldn’t help me because I purchased my ticket through a 3rd party/ aka kayak. I filed a dispute with my bank for the purchase of a $3500 airfare that was required to accompany the $7000 trip I purchased, for the trip of a lifetime to see Egypt and Jordan. This ARRANGANT responded that they were going to take me to claims court. I purchased a flight to Cairo, There were no flights out of Heathrow. That was my connecting flight. Who is responsible ?? kayak, you need to be better than this.

優點： You messed me up since. Am still in Atlanta Have canceled your tickets. Would have been in Nigeria now. Even with your rescheduling for tomorrow, i was told i have to quarantine for 3 days in London where i don't know anyone. Just refund my money. Thanks

優點： I was unable to board my flight given British airways misinformed me about a COVID test prior to boarding for a flight to Israel. This resulted in a $50 fee, loss of money.

缺點： There should be no charge and a refund issued for a mishap on behalf of British airways.

優點： The limited amount of people flying

缺點： Customer Service is Dead with British Airways!!! I will make every effort not to fly with BA again

優點： The move choices were good. The food and wine options were decent.

缺點： The boarding process was confusing. Once boarding began, there was no attention paid to distancing guidelines. I heard the crew make announcements about mask requirements but never saw anyone being directly reprimanded or corrected for not wearing a mask or not covering their nose while boarding or walking around the cabin. Even though I only counted fewer than 20 passengers for over 100 seats, upon boarding, three solo passengers were assigned to sit in adjacent seats, with me in the row directly in front of them and another passenger in the row directly behind them. There was no precaution to space out passengers whatsoever. I had tried to choose my seating during check in but the online app was difficult to understand what seats were actually open or taken. Once I boarded it was clear the online information was incorrect. With so few passengers, the gate crew could easily have taken the time to review seating and re-seated customers for improved health and safety. This was my first time flying during COVID and I had thought airlines were doing more to instill trust in customers to keep customers flying but I will not be flying again until COVID is over as I did not see precautions keeping customers safe.

缺點： Crew could have reprimanded people not wearing their masks or not covering their noses. The airline could have kept middle seats open to instill more confidence in flying.

優點： Flight was fine.

優點： From JFK to London, staff was friendly.

缺點： From JFK to London, a large number of passengers were not wearing masks properly and the crew did not take action other than a reminder early on. From London to Edinburough, the crew was somewhat rude.

缺點： The flight from London to Miami was great! The one from Miami to Las Vegas was awful. No seat-back entertainment screens, not power outlets so you could watch on your own device, one bottle of water for a five hour flight, and ride, inattentive cabin crew. I should point out that while I booked through BA, both flights were operated by American Airlines.

缺點： Was overnight flight but food was served very late and lights were on for a while so people were getting drunk and loud with free alcohol served but no milk for toddlers available.

優點： No and no.

缺點： Very crowded in.club class. Way lower standard for business class as compared to the other airlines.
