缺點： short hall business class not comfortable - flight delayed as usual

優點： The luggage space was good.

優點： The crew was nice and friendly, food was ok

缺點： Food should request order by the crew, rather then trolly push like an old style

缺點： There was a mixup for special meal that i ordered...wrong marking of seat number,even after having a prepaid confimed seat

優點： new seating arrangement is nice

優點： Easy check in and bag drop, staff available when help was needed. Felt comfortable enough to check myself in as every part of precessions was made clear
