Every Detail & Comfort Thought Of!
This was a wonderful stay to end our 23 days in Spain (we spent 14 on the Camino!) The hotel is only a few blocks away from the Metro station (Barrio de la Conception) in a mostly residential neighborhood (downside is not very many restaurants nearby; a nice little bakery/cafe/wine bar is only a block away though!) The customer service of the hotel staff from reception to housekeeping were all excellent: competent, friendly, professional, knowledgeable. They had a lovely lounge area that was stocked with complementary cold drinks (beer & hard liquor were extra), coffee, teas, pastries, light snacks (think a nice minimart), fresh fruit, etc. The room was spacious & clean, with modern décor. The only area I didn't give 5 stars was the location: the view from our 2nd floor window was to a sort of enclosed back corridor of the hotel itself, and also, I would have like there to be a little more entertainment in the neighborhood. Every other aspect of our stay here was exceptional.

Things need improvement!!
Staff was kind location convenient, central.
Heater did not work well, very cold night... in my friend's room, very hot!! Noises during night from garage or somewhere. We were in room 101 parking is really complicated... poor distribution of space carpets very old no clean, dust These are things that can be improved... I hope they do! :)

We stayed here on a previous trip 2 years ago and were happy to stay there again. It is a good hotel and quite affordable. The people in the shops and square were also helpful and friendly.
The hotel is about 1km, an easy 5 minute walk, from Barrio de la Concepcion Metro station. This is not a problem but needs to be taken into account. The Metro station is on a bit of a branch line. The service is very frequent but it means you will need to change trains at least once and often twice. Again this is not a problem as long as you are aware of it and factor in the travelling time.

The Hotel was very clean, the staff was helpfull! The location is pretty far fom the airport( we had to change a lot of subways) but it is a very nice hotel it worth all the money!It is close to Alcala street about 15 min walking! Enjoied staying there!
