Very good hotel chain.
Good location and friendly staff
clean and convenient hotel, close to the subway, with garage
price of breakfast when not included
the design and size of the room and the bathroom, that there was a baker's shop next to the hotel with possibilities to have breakfast
I liked the worriness about the environement with the biodegradable soaps and shower gel. The staff was able to speak english. The hotel was modern and very close to the subway (200m), which took us only 14min to get to the centre of the city. It is in a residential area, so far from any noise. It is not a fantastic hotel, but I think it's good value for money and I would stay there again.
Very expensive breakfast (we went to the café next doors were we paid less than half the price).
Clean, modern, safe hotel with nice cold breakfast buffet and esspreso machine. Wifi available and free of charge as well as one computer in lobby for 0,30 cents a minute internet. Tv with couple of english speaking channels and minibar in room. Nice and clean bathroom with a tub. Stayed on a third floor but recommend higher for a better view. Location just 2 minutes from a metro stop that will take you to the shopping centre in less than 15 minutes, bus stop right in front of the hotel. Metro ticket is just 1 Euro. Situated near by highway bridge but didnt hear any noise. Staff pleasant and responding. Good value for money. Ta
A bit of smell in the corridors and room itself but not that obtrussive if you open a window. AC too cold in lobby and breakfast room. As usual beds on wheels that do not want to stay in its position but better than elsewhere in madrid.
We stayed at this particular hotel as my daughter lives very near and we needed to be near her. It was lovely, very comfortable and clean. Staff very nice but we only stayed and did not have meals or use any facilities so that is all I can say. We will stay again.
2 blocks from the subway; on a main street to access city bus. Nice to be in a "local" neighborhood rather than in the midst of the tourist area for a change. Meal prices were much more reasonable in this area.
Woke up at 4:00am in an uncomfortably warm room, since the air conditioning (A/C) was not working. Called the front desk, and was informed that the A/C only worked in the afternoon. Opened a window to let some cool air in, but the street noise kept us from sleeping.
big room, near to the metro
No free wireless internet in the rooms
