Staff was friendly and helpful
As an older hotel I understand you can only do so much, but it would be nice if the hallway noise level could be controlled.

The location and facilities are excellent. The staff, especially the front desk personnel, were great—very helpful and knowledge.
Noise from other rooms and service vendors is a bit distracting in the evening. Breakfast in the restaurant is very nice but formal. it would be nice to also a venue that is simpler and more low key without the white linens

DATED, ROOMS ARE LOUD, NO ISALATION CAN HEAR NEIGHBORS ON ALL SIDES AND CLEANING STAFF, THE BED WAS 2 MATTRESS PUT TOGETHER AND VERRY UNCOMFORTABLE, IM 5,10 AND MY FEET HUNG OFF THE END,
ONCE INSIDE YOU FEEL LIKE A HOTEL FROM THE 70s THE DECORE IS OLD. THE BREAKFAST WAS AGOOD VALUE. OVERALL WE DID NOT ENJOY OUR STAY. MADE 2 PHONE CALL TO TRY AND GET A REFUND WITH NO SUCCESS, IT WAS SO BAD WE CHECKED OUT 1 DAY EARLY.
only location next to del prado museum and park
The hotel must be 3 or 4 star and doesnt look like 5 star and it is too expensive.The bathroom was small and terrible and after a shower water pours down,the WIFI too slow and only free for 1 hour.
