The location was great, close to 24 hour restaurant, bus service to the airport and subway line. I was a little deceived about the breakfast deal when I booked for two people online. The extra price that I paid for the room only included breakfast for one - be aware.
There is no closet or drawers to store away your clothes - major inconvenience.
The hotel room is simple, yet very clean and orderly. The bed is fairly large, but rather firm for my taste. The bathroom, especially the shower, is large relative to the overall room size. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location seems like a back alley, but it is situated well for transportation. For example, a subway stop is very near and I could use the Incheon airport limousine bus stop from the nearby Renaissance Hotel. For my purposes as a solo sight-seer in Seoul (Gangnam area), it was a good value and more than adequate place to stay.
The bed was rather firm for my taste. I could not get the in-room computer to operate in English, however I used the free wi-fi without a problem.
