優點: Loved the breakfast staff - really great customer service. Good food options. But the staff were amazing.
缺點: The reception staff ( particularly the 2 young men ) were totally disinterested - in fact looked irritated by your presence. When we checked in if we hadnt already paid I would have turned around and walked out. The man behind the desk heard us come in but didnt turn around and continued to do whatever he was doing. Then he mumbled "hold on" then continued for about 5minutes to work on his papers before he looked and acknowledged our presence. It was so rude it was almost funny. This was continued each time we saw him and the other man and young woman ( she did try to smile though unlike the others ). Total contrast to the breakfast ladies. They should be on reception as the guys you have make a very poor impression for your business.

Transport links - if you’re travelling light don’t pay 30-40€ for a taxi to the airport, get the tram from Londres station 2 minutes walk from the hotel to the centre of Alicante (Luceros station), the airport bus (bus no C6) is at the top of the stairs from the tram station. It cost about 5.50€ each for the whole journey
缺點: Most of the restaurants nearby were closed as it’s almost the end of the season.
The daily maintenance works going on creating a fair amount of noise.
Hot breakfast items not refilled with 45 mins until the end of service.
It is quite noisy there at night, motorbikes whizzing up and down the street outside. My main dislike about the hotel (I’ve stayed here before and liked it) was the hotel maintenance works noise, which happened every day. I didn’t complain about it though I wish I had now because on our last day check out was 12:00, our flight was at 16:00 so I asked if it was possible to have the room for an extra hour so I could take my son to the beach for a short while to make the best of our last morning. The Male receptionist said no straight away, despite there being rooms available.
They didn’t mind taking my money at the point of booking yet failed to let me know there would be maintenance/repair work going on at that time, I found out by being woken up by it; so I think it’s rather mean spirited of the receptionist to decline a check out of just 1 hour later.
As a result I won’t be taking the chance on the hotel again, such a shame because the location is good and the rest of the staff were lovely. I’m booking a hotel in nearby El Campello next year.
