Wonderful buildings - beautiful surroundings
Everything was great
Our superior room was rather gloomy (large but with a small window overlooking the car park),so we moved to a standard room which had a nicer feel (but paid for the superior room - which was fine with us). Gabriella (who runs the hotel) is very friendly and helpful but possibly her personality is a bit too "strong" for some. Breakfast produce were of poor quality versus other places we stayed at. The room also had a damp smell coming from the bathroom's shower drain.
This was aa wonderful location to stay in Tuscany. Centrally located and close to freeway for easy access to all the great villages. We would definately stay there again.
Nice breakfast. Good location - need to hire a car which we did. Rooms clean and big comfy bed. Nice swimming pool and staff friendly.
Only that we had to leave in the early hours of the morning and we were still charged for breakfast even though we couldn't take it
the setting was great, the pool was very nice too
breakfast was average, and no daily cheese and wine tasting.
Quiet location but within easy reach of Siena & other towns. Good breakfast but would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room.
Gabriella was extremely welcoming and charming. I loved the experience at this hotel and would recommend it to everyone!
Very friendly staff. Unbelieveable setting in medieval castle. Excellent location.
Breakfast assortment was plain and limited. No restaurant.
The silence and beaty
Specially when guests were speaking to each other in the room it was too easy to hear their voices. Not nice.
Friendly people, lovely setting, convenience for major attractions, beautifully appointed rooms.
No, it was truly excellent.
