Febreze-flavored hotel!
Attractive, modern facilities. Staff were terrific - friendly and helpful
OMG. From the moment I entered the hotel and my room, I couldn't stop sneezing. The hotel seems to put some kind of artificial chemical scent in their HVAC - probably to cover the smell of smokers on the casino floor. Regardless, I was sneezing, my eyes watered, etc. I finally gave up sleeping in the room and ended up sleeping in my van in the parking lot. The dog was appreciative to share the space; but I sure wasn't.
Nice hotel, great casino
Friendly people! Clean, staff always remembers our names
Great Staycation
Stayed the weekend with a group of 20. Rooms were excellent and spent most of Saturday at the pool. Rented two cabanas that we probably didn't need as it wasn't terribly hot and they had plenty of umbrellas around the pool. Plus not crowded so probably wouldn't do cabanas again. Poolside bar was good as was the service. We made reservations for 20 at Ling & Louie's and they were very accommodating. Had to order from special "large group" menu, so somewhat limited, but still good. Plenty of bars in casino and they had food court for late night munchies.
Food court restaurants took forever. Some ordered from Fat Burger and it took 25 minutes. Same for pizza place. Too much smoke in the casino.
Better Than Expected
The room was large and very comfortable.
Theater for misic event is small and does not have amphitheater teared seating
Bed was comfortable
No hot water in the shower.
The hot tub was closed....the staff started banging one door for checkout at 8am.....non stop....check out is 12noon.....never again!
Staff was great! Clean! A lot of restaurants.. rooms were nice. Up to date. Prices were great
No refrigerators in the room. Pool closes at nine. And you can't bring your own drinks into pool area
Great location to visit from Tucson. Nice to be near shopping a and restaurants without having to drive thru Phoenix.
This is not a friendly hotel. We spoke to one manager who was nice. Every other employee was rude, slow and acted as if we were bothering them. From housekeeping to bartenders. Apparently you should never stay here during the week because we were almost kicked out the first night for too much noise. We were just playing cards in our room. We were told that during the week there are a lot of business conferences going on and that we should have come on the weekend. Well, we picked a casino because we didn't want to have to be quiet by 10 pm. We suggested that they move us to another floor and keep certain floors for business people only. That didn't happen. The second night the guest in the room next to us started banging on our wall at 730 pm for us to be quiet. When we called the desk we were told that the walls are very thin and we just need to be quiet. It was ridiculous. We went for a girls trip and felt like we had to be quiet everywhere we went. Why have a hotel at a casino if you can't actually enjoy yourself when your there. If we hadn't pre paid for our room we would have left the first night. Also, not a family friendly hotel. So I guess only visit the casino to gamble, and stay in the hotel on business. Otherwise, the rest of us aren't wanted or accomadated.
Loved It!

Nice
Staff is amazing. Design and furnishings were perfect. Casino was fun and dining was excellent.
Housekeeping was not good. Items weren't stocked in our suite. When we asked, they said they were short on towels and coffee. Housekeeper took the tip but didn't clean the room.
