The relaxation room Clean Modern Honey Near tram Parking WiFi
- No flowers in room, some did other didnt not the same - Was two single beds pushed together rather that a real double bed - I think breakfast should have been included in the price - free parking if hotel guest would have been perfect - staff know about the public transport services, brief all staff - plug sockets should have usb connections as standard - more water in room - sitcom did not work properly - towel ring nearbtge sink to easily dry hands - the removable show head holder could not take the weight of the shower head so always pointed down yiubhad to hold - the plugs in the foot spa did not work - maybe more variety in food menu. Same everyday. - some staff excellent, others sour face
Great location easy access to city centre
The Gibson well placed for access to the 3 arena and the city is just a short walk (20min) or a tram ride away. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff are welcoming and helpful. We arrived mid morning and they were able to give us rooms we’ll ahead of check in time.
no problems at all.
It was situated perfectly for the concert my daughter and her friend were attending, food and staff were excellent although the food was a bit pricey, rooms very well equipped
The website should have fore warned me about the roadworks leading to the car park, a fuse blew in my room in the morning which left me without air con and tv
Ate in the bar. They put on MNS on SS1 so saw the Leicester v Chelsea game too
Very nice hotel in a not so great area
As a fairly frequent traveler, this was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Spotless, classy, the staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel inside. My room was also one of the quietest I've experienced. Just an all around great hotel.
The only thing I didn't like was the area. Close to the airport, but not exactly the safest place to be during late day/early evening (as told to me by a policeman when I had gotten a bit lost returning to my hotel from downtown and was checking to see if I was heading in the correct direction). Plus, the distance from downtown is a bit of a stretch if you don't have a car. However, the LUAS (tram system) is right outside the door, so that was partly my fault as I had not reviewed the transportation system prior to my trip.
wonderful hotel for the money
Beautiful hotel and very modern and clean. The shower was wonderful!
After oversleeping I missed out on the breakfast I had prepaid and the hotel would not refund me for it.
This hotel is brilliant. The staff are all really helpful & welcoming. The facilities are grwat & the rooms are amazingly sleek & spotless.
Just getting to this hotel caused us problems...no signs...no indication of where to park....very badly laid out arrival.
Having returned late to the hotel we were hungry so after being told in the bar that food was about to stop (10.50pm) we decided to room order.....for 2 toasted sandwiches and 2 fries we were charged €34.....very overpriced!! as it arrived nearly 25min later and was cold!!
The location - opposite the Point (O2 concert venue) and Dublin Wheel with the LUAS (tram) in to town at the door. Ample car parking (at discounted rate of €14 for 24 hours). The service was excellent and the food was generous and of good quality. Lovely "design" room with balcony.
I had no complaints during my stay but if someone wanted to spend a nigh out in town they would have to get a taxi back once the trams finish - too far to walk.
Very comfortable bedrooms. Also, they seem to have got the heating level just write in the bedrooms, and public areas.
Rooms were lovely - staff very friendly & free wifi was appreciated
Had two meals - I wasn't impressed with either but the steak my friend had was lovely!
