The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. There was air conditioning and double pane windows to keep out the street noise. The hotel is very secure - the fourth floor off an inner courtyard with a secure entrance. Continental breakfast was mostly packaged food, but good value.
The hotel is located in one of the busiest and highly trafficked area of Naples. The upside is that it is very close to the train station - only a five minute walk. But you have to walk down very busy sidewalks to get there, and the hotel location isn't clear on Google Maps. The staff speak very little English.
The room was really pretty. It felt like for the first time I was staying in a European hotel. Price was very cheap but the room was really nice. The celling was high, there was a chandelier from the celling, There was pretty mirror in many places, and so was paintings. The lady who checked us in was really nice and the location was very close to the Napoli central.
The shower could of been a bit cleaner. Also, bath towels wasn't changed for the 2 days we were there; for the price, I can understand but it would of been better to have been noticed about that. The map that shows were the hotel is, is not right on the point. The hotel is a bit more to the city central side of the street.
The room and staff.
The area outside was dangerous.
Useful suggestions from host.
Poor wi fi connection.
It was an impressive room, nicely decorated, clean and functional
the location of the hotel was nice and close to the train station but is not a safe area of town.
Very clean, spacious and well designed room including a small kitchen. The room was decorated with a lot of good taste. My wife and I felt very well taken care of, arriving fairly late at night yet having somebody waiting for us. Maria was fantastic in putting us at ease in a wild city.
None except the fact that it was quite complicated to find and access by car. Naple is a wild city on the driving side so make sure you do not arrive at night and take the GPS option as part of the rental package...
Location - in the center of Naples
scarsity of breakfast, limited time of personal at desk (until 4 p.m.), paid lift, very small room and bathroom
The accommodations were good and comfortable. It was nice having breakfast brought to your room.
The wireless internet didn't work and was hard to connect to. Also, a guest had rung in to check in around 11pm but no one was there to tend to them. A couple other guests and I were awakened by the ringing of this late-arriving guest (who said he called ahead to let them know he'd be a late check-in) in total confusion.
Friendly staff
We did't separatly balcon and view is very bad
Excellent and helpful staff and a great location
Long climb up to the 4th floor.
This is a small B&B located a few minutes walk from the train station. We were delighted with our room and the staff were helpful and well informed. The room and bath were spotless. The hotel pictures are accurate and although the location can be noisy, the windows do indeed block the sound. We felt perfectly safe walking around, and walked everywhere we went. Just a charming B&B.
The breakfast is not up to the standard of the hotel.
