Camilo was amazing! He was short staffed and handling all check ins and outs himself. He had already helped me sort out a reservation issue through Amoma and it's suppliers and he was under no obligation to do so. After waiting patiently, he offered us a really nice upgrade to our room.

BED BUGS! STAY AWAY!
There were bed bugs. I got 9-10 bites in ONE NIGHT! They didn't act like it was a serious issue, and wanted me to remain in the room until morning when the manager got in. They had no other rooms to move me to in the meantime. I requested they relocate me to another hotel, but they were unwilling to. I checked out early and relocated to another hotel on my own, which was more expensive because of no notice. The manager never called me in the morning, or ever. I called twice to speak to a manager, and did not once receive a call back. I was promised a refund for the remaining nights that I did not use, and I never received the refund. The hotel does not have the proper policies and procedures in place to handle a bed bug claim. They left me on my own and did not offer to help. Horrible customer service, horrible experience, STAY AWAY!

Listing from Kayak is confusing. Double Superior is for 2 people (1-2 beds) vs Superior Double is for 2-4 people (2 double beds). Needs better clarification within the company.
It was close to the beach and the room it was clean and the bad very comfortable.
There is no parking so we had to pay 25 dollares for it.

Reception staff, obviously hated the job, indiffernt to the point of rudeness. No help with luggage (and we had four large bags and were on the second floor).
The staff were very friendly and always happy to assist however they could. Excellent location.
No Room Service - or fridge to make up for the fact there was no room service so I could not buy food and store it I constantly had to go out to get a bottle of cold water. My Room did not feel superior at all. It was a standard compared to other hotels where I have booked superior rooms before.
The location was great, and the room was cleaned every day (new towels etc.) Good that the room had a TV.
When you took a shower, the water would flood all the way to the bedroom. The view from the window wasn't really flattering. When we checked in, the person in the front desk wouldn't speak a word... I also tried to call the hotel manager after the trip about something, but he wouldn't answer my phone calls.

The location of this hotel was perfect, it was in the centre of town and round the corner of the most fantastic Lincoln Road, walking distance to Ocean Drive and the beach.
The kingsize bed we had was the most uncomfortable bed we had ever slept on, it was so springy everytime me or my husband moved it felt like we were on the waves even with it's huge size. And the shower cubicle was too small.

The room and washroom was so small, bad was not comfortable. the hotel does not look like 3* hotel. The room was so dark. And the price changed from what i booked and what i payed.
