Location of hotel.
The bathroom shower looked like it had public hair in the wall and the beds we're lumpy and very worn in... I'm not sure that they sheets were even changed.
Needs some updating
Lumpy mattress and ratty towels!
2 bottles of water for free in room every day.
No microwaves in room, tough for biz travel. Front desk staff unwilling to heat up food, but kitchen staff did.
Location was great.
Overpriced, poorly lit rooms, no continental breakfast.
The rooms were killer. The rooms have a very industrial modern look. I also own a construction company and the tile work was well executed. Beds were super comfortable. Overall a killer spot. Located minutes away from bars and restaurants. I wouldn't stay anywhere else next time I'm back... And j will be back
Would recommended for downtown Fayetteville
Outside is obviously an older building but the inside is all new and great amenities. Nice bar area and restaurant. Good location in downtown. Bonus perk of covered parking garage while spots last.
Not much to complain about. The room doors slam shut meaning you hear everyone coming in late or leaving early.
Well priced. Consistently clean. Friendly night staff. Walking distance to bars and restaurants.
Close to University, but won't stay here again
Convenient location to Univ of Arkansas.
The hotel was a little higher priced than others in the area but the value for the money wasn't there. The rooms were not maintained very well (nor was the entire hotel). It looks like they wanted it to be upscale but then failed to keep up with it and took a cheaper route. Beds were very soft, but pillows were comfortable. We will look to stay elsewhere next time we visit.
