Everything they didn’t even have any water for me to shower
The worst hotel ive ever stayed in
It was near the stadium.
The elevator was out and we had to climb nine flights of stairs any time we went to our room. The smoke alarm was going off and we were told there was nothing they could do to help. The carpet and decor are trash. The hotel is a sloppy poorly mess and should be condemned. I will never stay here again.
Rough Hotel but walkin distance to the stadium
It was walking distance to the stadium.
The elevator was (still) broken after a year, so I’m told. The cops were called due to an altercation in he hall after midnight. i tried to call the front desk about it but my phone wasn’t connected to the wall so it just have just been for decoration. Paint peeling off the walls/ceilings. Thinking $85 was even too much for this for one night.
Very dirty, elevators were out, room smelled like smoke
Lots of walking
Proximity to the stadiums.
Elevators were out of service and we were not notified until the night before our stay. This made it basically impossible to cancel and book another hotel due to the fact that the purpose of the trip was the Eagles home opener. We paid for a king but ended up sleeping in double beds because we didn't want to walk 9 flights of stairs.
Not clean. Poor management interactions. Elevator was out of order and we stayed on the 10th floor. One ice machine was working which was on the 15th floor
The lady at the 1st desk was very nice, and helpful.
No working elevator, over crowded parking, lobby area was very hot, and loud slamming doors.
Nothing..will not return or recomend
It was the most hideous, uncomfortable, and dangerous hotel stay I've
I did not like the holes in my ceiling. I did not like the crack in the wall. I did not like the filth and dirt of the lobby. I did not like being told I was going to have Wi-Fi and it was not available. I did not like the rudeness of the front desk when I asked about the Wi-Fi. I did not like a coffee maker that exploded and shot hot water across my desk and papers. I did not like getting a costed in the elevator by for men
Room is outadated and smell weed
Room is dirty and smell weed
Rundown, only option
Staff really tried hard and were helpful but hotel is very rundown. 16 floors and out of 3 elevators only one worked. Breakfast was an unexpected bonus: scrambled eggs, bread, pastries, coffee, juice, cereal. The hotel was freezing but it was during the arctic freeze. First room heater on high but room freezing. Changed rooms and that heater was great. Rooms had irons, coffee maker and hair dryer. TV sucked, few channels, remote didn’t work, needed batteries, asked 3 times but never got. There is an airport shuttle but took many calls and lots of coaxing to get ride. Bad location lower south philly, subway 0.7 mile walk but was the only hotel under $300 that weekend so I was grateful for it.
Elevator didn’t work, hotel rundown, poor location, TV bad, somewhat dirty, phones in room didn’t work, far from public transportation
Very friendly staff
The staff was among the best I've dealt with at a hotel. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice. The free breakfast was good. The view was cool. The location was close to the sport arenas which was nice because we walked instead of paying $20 for parking to see a baseball game. Very nice desks and chairs in the rooms suggesting it is a buisness hotel.
Only one out of 3 of the ice machines were working and only one of 2 elevators were working. Notice there are a lot of floors in the hotel.
