Able to park right outside the door. Very nice welcome from staff member on duty. Very nice breakfast. Nice courtyard area for chat, snack or a sit. Good price - compared with others in the area. Small Sainsburys store a few metres outside the front door.
The door closers on each door meant that every time someone closed their door - however carefully they tried - everyone could hear a loud bang. On both nights guests came home in the early hours of the morning - so it meant a broken sleep until all guests had settled down. There was a very large group on the second night so there seemed to be a lack of hot water on the third morning.
Poor condition of hotel very run down, no hot water for shower or taps, bar closed very very noisey geusts, small room, poor location, if I had not paid on arrival I would have refused to pay at all, nither my family no myself will ever visit your or there website again, simply put the worst hotel I have ever had the miss fortune to have to spend any of my time in.
Staff were nice enough and filled up our water bottles when we went out for the day and honoured our wishes.
Weren't organised to take pay on arrival or for other staff to take payment for room. Staff didn't know the internet code either. Breakfast was basic.
its was really poor , very close to the main road and the noise was unbearable
General maintenance - a little run down
I booked this hotel for a convention team and they were very dissapointed. Smell of frying, not very clean more like a bedsit than a hotel.
the breakfast room was not open on time
very friendly staff
Large, clean room. Decent bathroom. Excellent price.
Hall lights on all night.
affordable, friendly staff
