Breakfast was not the best for what was advertised. Buffet usually consists of more than 4 items
ground floor room good breakfast
Slightly hard to find where to enter parking lot.
The fact that I could leave my vehicle at the hotel when we went on a trip was very nice. We came back early so never stayed over night again and had a taxi fare which was most understandable. The taxi took us right to our vehicle and we headed home.
At check in, the front desk clerk was very accommodatiing and did a great job in the customer service area.
I had room service. I left the tray, used cutlery, etc in the room. When I returned after a full day out, the room was made up but the tray was still in the room.
it had a room available on the weekend
1. The persistent loud knocking through the night and early morning 2. The attitude of the young lady working the desk that was not helpful nor polite and did not really listen to us. She kept saying if you booked online you cant get your money back. We told her we didnt pay online and she said it didn't matter. She rolled her eyes and ignored us as she went onto the computer. We said we called the front desk in the night and the lady then said we could get our money back and said shed make a note on the computer. She continued to ignore us. Note, earlier that morning dealing with this same girl my husband had to pay so we could check out! Very frustrating! We were tired and were there for a funeral. not good
Rfront desk staff very helpful
Location to my business meetings
Prices were jacked up to capture spillover from other hotel hosting the business meetings. Staff were obviously inexperienced and were not very polite (I don't mind new staff, but they still need to try to be courteous). Buffet breakfast was poor.
The staff were helpful and friendly and despite the last-minute reservations. The food was great as well.
The bed spreads and pillow cases (though presumed clean) had permanent stains in them. Not particularily appealing.
Price; not too expensive; one of the girs at reception was helpfull
the lady at reception on arrival offered no service at all
There was absolutely nothing good about this hotel.
