The large screened lanai is accessible from the living room and master bedroom and offers a breathtaking view of the Gulf. The master suite has a king bed and can be closed off for privacy. The guest room has a queen bed and can also be closed off to create a private suite. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has had a makeover featuring new cabinets, granite counters and stainless-steel appliances (ice-maker in freezer). You will also enjoy both a Keurig coffee pot and a Mr. Coffee. Other amenities included ceramic tile flooring and ceiling fans throughout, central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs and WiFi. On arrival your unit is supplied with a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. You will enjoy your own private garage containing beach chairs and beach umbrella for your convenience.
