Close to event. Air conditioning.
Street noise, door not weatherstripped
The rooms were clean the pillows were comfortable.
The street noise required ear plugs.
Comfortable beds, clean rooms, extremely good price.
Neighborhood maybe a little sketchy, but good security.
I really liked that it was a very short distance from where I needed to be the following day. Gentleman in the front desk was very nice and friendly.
It is located next to the highway so you can hear cars all night long especially the big ones. The building is also located where the sun hits the windows and it gets really hot super early. We left at 7:30am and it honestly looked and felt around noon time.
The sheet could have been cleaner and there was hair in the shower
We have stayed here before, for the money it is an excellent value due to it's proximity to CSU-Sac. Facilities, room, are all Okay: a little dated and worn but clean and spacious.
The only thing that comes to mind is in our room, a large space where there used to be a small table, not crucial but nice to have in past.
Location, near freewY.
No breakfast. Coffe had power cream.awful. noisy.
Overall you get what you paid for. A plus is having a fully functionally A/C on a hot day. A lot of fast food restaurants surrounding the hotel is also a plus.
Right off the freeway so there is quiet a bit of noise. It was under construction during my visit so there was also a lot of noise because of that.
The front desk people were nice at check in and check out. And the room was decent enough especially for the price.
It's not the motels fault, But it seemed to be in a shady part of town. At least after dark. The gas station next to it had a lot of police activity, and a cardboard homeless shelter in a section of it. My wife and I felt a little weird when the security guard that lets you in and out of the parking lot looked at us with suspicion, but I guess that's his job when there seems to be a prostitution problem. But once he found my name in the guest list he was really nice.
Fast check-in, gated parking lot. For the $, it was clean and functional.
Carpet was old, towels scratchy. But for the money, can't be beat.
Comfortable and affordable
Quiet area. Close to fwy. Excellent customer service.
Need some maint had 1/4 gap on door frame Major light7DUST
Budget lodging at a reasonable price - excellent location is easy to find and convenient to important attraction.
Ice is only available at ground level in this three-floor facility.
This hotel offered good value for money. The room was nice and tidy.
Good value received for the money paid. Friendly and cooperative staff. Appreciated the inn being fairly close to the Cal State Fair. Excellent, strong, water pressure when showering.
It would be nice to have a microwave and small refrigerator in each room.
The hotel was very close to the Sac State track where I was competing in the USATF Master's National Championships. A number of other athletes who competed in the meet also stayed at the hotel, and we had the opportunity to meet each other. It was great to have a refrigerator in the room! The outdoor pool was a plus.
The rooms weren't very soundproof. It was easy to hear people walking by outside and people moving around upstairs.
The clean pool.
Staff is quite officious, not friendly, and barely accommodating. More emphasis is definitely placed on the hotel chain's rigid management policies, rather than customer comfort, accommodation and satisfaction.
nothing, the door was broken,
The price, light rail is nearby, the staff is fine, the room is clean and proper. I liked the clean room with a fine price. The hotel posted a sign on their office door that warned about your need to have weekend reservations as the hotel really cares about you and your stay and is probably usually totally booked on the weekends. The hotel staff are very professional on the phone and I found everything to my liking; my standards are high for service and cleanliness. This place is close to the airport and you can find the public transportation here from smf airport by easily going to GoogleMaps and public transportation. I look forward to staying here again.
Bookink.com only allows me to leave my name and one place where I am from (most specifically the town as opposed to my liking) and I will choose to reamain anonymous until they allow me to change my town area instead of my town. The hotel is fine as are the staff members.
Thy sold my room at 3:30am when I was sleeping
Room was large and spotlessly clean. Furniture was sparse with only on chair that was suitable for seating at the small desk near the bed. A more comfortable chair would be a good addition along with some pictures break up the monotony of the plain, stark white walls.
