缺點： "Flight from Taipei to Tokyo was delayed and ultimately cancelled because of "mechanical failure". Many passengers on the flight including us had international connections through Tokyo, with only an hour between flights. It was clear we were all going to miss this connection, but in a frantic and haphazard way, the JAL crew's only solution at the gate was just to get us all on the next flight out to Tokyo (I believe via China Air) no matter what our individual final destinations were. They said "from Narita, they will handle all your connections to your final destination." This was a bizarre solution. Why not reroute us individually on other partner airlines, through other countries/cities, from this international airport in Taipei, like airlines usually do? (Also, all of this disorganized communication by the JAL crew at the gate was never translated into English, I just happen to speak a little mandarin and was able to understand what they were directing us to do). My wife was the one who searched for an alternative route on her phone (through HK instead of Tokyo) via their partner airline Cathay pacific and showed it to the JAL rep at the transfer counter, and through a series of radio and phone calls, only then did they say "there might be seats left", but they couldn't book the seats for us there. In order to make the flight, we had to sprint ourselves to a completely different terminal and concourse to another transfer counter to finally book our seats on this Cathay flight. Needless to say, our luggage did not get pulled from JAL in time to make it on the Cathay flights, so we are waiting 2-3 days for them to hopefully be found and sent to us. Overall, I was completely disappointed by the JAL staff, who didn't take responsibility or ownership of the situation, and who's solution to just fly everyone out to Tokyo, no matter our final destination, and to leave us to figure out our connections there was extremely short-sighted and irresponsible, and was a total disservice to their customers. I expect much more from this airline. On another note, we flew JAL from Boston to Tokyo, and Tokyo to Taipei: the food was terrible and food options were really subpar for an international flight, I would've expected much better from JAL and the dreamliner flight."

They handed out a fancy menu with 4 entrees but by the time they got to economy only pasta was left. We did at least get a small bottle of water; on our outgoing flight they doled it out in meager glasses. When boarding in Hong Kong we had to go through an additional security check between the gate and the plane (that was a first...) and had our water bottles confiscated. So we were reliant on what they would give us on the plane. Seats were tight, unlike some airlines that give you a little extra room. Wouldn't fly again unless their price was a real bargain."

Eventually, she stopped serving me all together and I needed to leave my seat and ask other crew members to serve my food. She was completely unprofessional and she made it clear she didn't like me, despite the fact that I was always going out of my way to be courteous. At one point, she walked down the aisle and stepped directly onto my foot, which was NOT in the aisle but under the seat in front of me. She didn't even acknowledge that she had stepped on my foot and kept walking. For a 14-hour flight, I was really bothered by her lack of professionalism. I will have to think twice before I book Cathay Pacific again."

I still haven't figured out who was responsible for this snafu - the airline or Webjet.com. Webjet customer service was horrible and offensive when I tried to explain to them what happened; they said it was my responsibility to check the time. I would disagree - the customer is ultimately supposed to get an email notifying them of the flight change, giving them options. Based on that phone call with Webjet, I will NEVER do business with them again. As for the flight cancellation issue - if Kayak could help me get to the bottom of this, that would be appreciated."

The food for Vegetarian Lacto-Ovo Meal (VLML) - (A Vegetarian Meal that may also contain eggs and dairy products) was gross and the guy flight attendant wouldn't give me ice cream because I had a special meal. All I wanted for food was no meat; I didn't expect it would have no ice cream and no real food. I should've, could've taken one of the options on the food list and push away the meat myself."

I urge you to stay away."
優點： "The connecting flight was with air Canada. In general the flight was fine. Landed on a Saturday afternoon."
缺點： "What was not fine was the horror at the other end when air Canada lost my bag (which had my suit and prescriptions) and couldn't tell me where it was or when it would be delivered for over two days of calling between their service centre and one the ground people at Boston. The call centre was in India, no one in Boston would tell them what was going on. It should not take three days to sort, when the bag had actually been sent on the next flight (on Saturday evening) after the one I took. Fortunately, was able to borrow BP medication from a relative and ultimately had to spend money to buy new suit and clothes before bag finally appeared because I had business meetings for which I needed appropriate attire. Every other airline I gave flown where my bag was delayed was always delivered in 24 hours. This was not Brussels airlines fault, it was the fault of air Canada."
優點： "The flight from Toronto to Boston is extremely short, about an hour. I don’t feel as though I can rate the food since I didn’t buy any, it just doesn’t give me an option to not rate it. It was a completely full flight. It was as comfortable as can be. It’s a smaller plane so you feel everything but the captains were good flyers."

For a plane where half of the people there had missed their connecting flight and were put on a 6:30 am flight, I don’t think we wanted to hear about their detailed personal lives."

Air Canada offered no help whatsoever and the guy at the “service” desk in Boston literally said there was nothing he could do to help. Not even find a new flight. Spent 90 minutes on the phone trying to re-book, plus re-booking hotel along the way."

優點： "We flew to and from Tokyo in premium economy. The staff was friendly and multilingual. We appreciated the meals, each of which had a choice of Western or Japanese style; the overnight hospitality packs, which included a pillow and blanket, eye mask, earplugs, toothbrush, and comfy socks; and the unusual international movie options. Each flight kept more or less to schedule."
缺點： "The seat were roomy enough, but not as comfortable as we might like. Announcements took forever in three languages—I'd edit down. The breakfast rice congee was flavorless. One of our entertainment screens kept freezing. All minor gripes."

優點： "I flew through Vancouver from Boston on my way to Brisbane, Australia and back. I was nervous at first because of the 2 hour connection windows. This might be a testament to Vancouver Airport more than Air Canada, but the flight home after an initial 14 hour flight was pain free. Boarding was fast (the flight wasn't full) and we ended up pulling away from the terminal early. I slept most of the flight so I can't really comment on food. The entertainment was the same as when i left for Australia, which was ok. It had a decent variety to select from."

They charged me $15 per leg to make advanced seat assignments ($60 total) then changed my flights and put me in middle seats on two legs without asking me - I didn't find out until I was ready to board and they called my name to come to the gate desk! They also charge $33+ US to check one bag. If you go over the 50 lb weight limit they charge $100. By the time you add it all up, I could have flown on Delta through the US for less. Trying to get my seat selection fees reimbursed was very difficult; At the airport, they told me to go online and ask for a refund; Online, I couldn't find the way to get to the refund link; Called Customer service again, who gave me an 800# to call for a refund; the person on the 800 # told me I had to request it online but walked me through it to find the refund link; I filled in the online request and was told by automatic reply that Air Canada would investigate it and get back to me within 3-4 weeks. Ugh! No more Air Canada for me!"

I missed half the weekend home in over a month. AC doesn't value my time and I don't value their service. Every time I go back to this airline I realized why I left. Going to Asia; don't get suckered into using this route. BTW a friend on PVG-YUL-BOS never made it as well. AC still using a CRJ200 that can't land in weather. NOT A BUSINESS CLASS EXPERIENCE."

So we flew not to Boston, but to Quebec City. They would not let us off the airplane. Eventually we flew back to Montreal where we started. More than 7 hours on a plane with no food, and they only offered us water. The flight should have been cancelled in the first place. That would have been a lot less stressful to deal with."

優點： "This was my first time in Canada never been there before I had a great time until that one moment I had to deal with workers from air Canada except one agent at the ticketing desk....I had checked in online the day before however I had some card issues because they got shut down by my bank and due to the holiday in America I was unable to call my Bank prior to the airport....got to the airport and tried to explain that all I wanted to do was pay for my bag with cash ...but no one took the time out to listen each time i tried explaining myself I was send to a different location to join another line ....by the time I got to someone who was willing to listen my flight was closed ..her name was Aurora and gave me nothing but attitude when I explained my story......anyways finally got to ticketing and a met the only agent that day who exercise some level of customer service that day...if only I could remember her name ...sigh she went the extra mile because at this point I was frustrated and unsure if I would make it out of the country a sane person due to the amount of chaos I experienced prior. She got LISTENED .....SHE TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN...got me on a new flight and went above an beyond to assist me that morning I was on the verge of a breakdown at that point all other staff member was very disgusting not only to my self but the other individuals who had mishaps that morning."

We were ushered out as a group to a connection security check which required electronic kiosks to be used for scanning our passports photos and fingerprints... They fraught with malfunctions then after waiting in line for s while we did the whole check all over again with s human security agent in s booth... There were only 2 security agents in the booths as well but there really needed to be several more to keep the line moving quicker... After security we walk directly out to departures but no mention of baggage claim, which was fine had we not been misinformed by Swiss initially... We ended up inquiring several times with SirCsnsda staff until it was clear Swiss had misinformed us."

缺點： "I was originally flying WestJet, and the 7:05 AM flight I booked was cancelled. I hopped online and booked the 8:10 AM flight via Air Canada back to Boston. First, the flight was oversold, so only AFTER I was able to check my bag did I learn that I was flying stand-by. Completely nerve wracking. If I had known in advance I would have booked with another airline. I was able to get on the flight thanks to some volunteers who gave up their seats on the 8:10 AM flight for the next flight out (10:10 AM) in return for some monetary compensation. I arrived in Boston, and after waiting for 45 minutes, I learned my bag was put on the 10:10 AM flight rather than the 10:10 AM flight, but only after dealing with a snappy and disrespectful check-in attendant that seemed to not believe me that my bags indeed did not arrive. The office for baggage services for Air Canada was vacant and locked next to the carousel. Myself and a couple of other travelers, upon getting to the check-in counter and explaining the situation mistakenly lumped us all together and said "okay so you're all traveling together and your bags need to go the same place". Me: "No, that's incorrect, we are not related or traveling together, we just all have the same issue--none of our bags have arrived". Other Air Canada representative, who up to this point had not been involved in the exchange: "She didn't ask you if you were related, she asked you if your bags were lost" and then proceeded to roll her eyes and walk away from the counter. I suppose she misinterpreted my concern for rudeness and felt the need to put me in my place. Granted, my early morning flight cancellation and the stress associated with flying standby had nothing to do with them, but the attitude I was given as a concerned traveler whose bag was potentially lost was completely unwarranted. Compounded with the frustration of the entire morning I cannot describe how infuriating this exchange added up to being. I was told my bag would be delivered to my home by 4 PM that day. No bag. Got a phone call at 7 PM - they'd be there in the next hour. 10:00 PM and going to bed: No bag. I gave up and prepared to make a claim in the morning. 8:30 AM Sunday morning - my bag is sitting on my front porch wrapped in a trash bag. What a fiasco."

缺點： "Delay on return & boarding was really slow! Not sure if it was the computers or attendants."
優點： "Flight crew was friendly. They were dealing with a lot of crabby people due to a 4 hour weather delay. They handled it, some better than others."
缺點： "I checked my bag. It got soaked. I am talking drenched like dumped in a lake and left there for the 4 hours we were delayed in Toronto. When we contacted air canada the luggage complaint rep told us to complete an online claim. We haven't heard a peep out of Air Canada in a week. Unacceptable Air Canada. You must would at least acknowledge that something was done wrong by a baggage crew even if they aren't on your payroll and on an airports."
缺點： "Absolute joke of an airline with zero customer service. I would never travel with them again and would recommend anyone else not too."
優點： "I liked waiting to fly until weather was good."
缺點： "I disliked the long delay, no time for the drink cart."
優點： "I liked that they were quick and nice service."
缺點： "No games for entertainment."
優點： "Crew was efficient, and the plane was on time."
缺點： "The seating and luggage storage was a bit cramped."
缺點： "After waiting 30 minutes after our boarding time, I got an email on my phone saying the gate had changed. No one at the current gate knew anything about it and I went to ask but no one could be found. I asked a man sitting behind the gate, who happened to be the pilot, and he also knew nothing about it. Needless to say, the gate changed and absolutely nobody was told about it. 2 hours later, our flight finally took off, and I was thanked by the pilot for getting us to the right gate... At least he provided a little humor to the situation! Plane also wasn't cleaned, pretzels and trash all over the floor."
優點： "This was the smoothest flight I've ever had. Great pilot."

優點： "The crew was fantastic, really lovely and chipper!"
缺點： "There were only pretzels as a food option and I have celiac disease so I'm allergic to gluten. You can't just have one food option stop skimping. ALSO - I was put on a standby list which is entirely unacceptable. I purchased my ticket, therefore I should have a seat on a flight. Luckily in the end I was printed a ticket, but being on standby was just bullshit. Totally unacceptable."

缺點： "Pretzels are gross and dry. Jet Blue has much better snack choices. Overheard bins were really small on this small aircraft."
優點： "For a small aircraft like that, it was really comfortable."
缺點： "No cookie."

優點： "It was a pleasant experience , the whole travel"
優點： "Great flight, entertainment system, flight staff made me feel at home"
