優點: "The crew was friendly n the food tastes surprisingly good, though the portion was small. The entertainment was good. and temperature inside the cabin was just right. Boating time was quick."
缺點: "Actually I was disturbed that CX offers a tabloid newspaper like Apple daily, especially at this sensitive stage when hk is going through such turmoil instigated and supported by Jimmy Lai’s group. It is offensive that such a biased newspaper is on offer, when there are other Chinese newspaper with a more neutral stand. Cathy has been viewed as a sympathiser of “yellow” rioters because of its involvement by management n crew. Now it just brings it more to the memory how CX might be what the leaked reports that many equipment has been compromised by CX crew onboard. Many of CX customers are from middle class, and it could be a big turn-off. It is unwise to patronise a tabloid newspaper when the owner has been named by China as the culprit of the recent troubles in hk. It’s like offering Al Jazeera news on united airlines entertainment........During the whole trip, I was captivated by these thoughts."

優點: "I like the way Cathay has changed the process for selecting and serving dinner in business class. It adds a bit of class to the experience."

Airline should have at least notified earlier so passengers can arrive later to the airport Cabin crew on board rude ‘sorry i’m too busy now’ [just asking for a glass of water] Plane then sitting at HK airport waiting for open gate Arrival timed just perfectly to prevent passengers from catching the last airport express train"

缺點: "Seats were too small! No personal hygiene kit available in long flight .... bathroom faucet was not clean. Some stewards and stewardess were not helpful but some are. I asked for help but one stewardess did not respond but one did help and was helpful. Ground crew were courteous and helpful."

缺點: "We were served only breakfast and lunch ... in 16 hour travel with a cup of noodles if you asked, the stewardess needed to get reminders couple of times. The steward serving food was excellent. No coffee nor drinks were offered after meals. Food was good though."

優點: "Flight was smooth on time. Aircraft clean and new. Edison vegetarian meals requested were fresh snd excellent. Attendants were polite and helpful."

優點: "I traveled economy coming home and was delighted by the amenities that you never see on commercial airlines anymore. On the way to New York I upgraded to premium economy, This was such a nice experience. It was worth the up charge. And two free checked bags? That is unheard of anymore"
缺點: "When I was on the upgraded ticket, I was actually disappointed that we landed early because I was sleeping so well."

優點: "Agent actually walked me to my connecting flight due to short turn around time which saved me from having to search the way by myself."

缺點: "The wheel chair assistance came very late. This aspect can be improved further. It can be more efficient. Although wheel chair assistance is asked, the electric car to move people can also help to compensate for the wait times."

缺點: "There was a long delay when boarding the connecting flight to SGN and there weren't any clear updates on the flight status. I didn't mind the wait so much but I wish they had announced the current status more clearly."

優點: "Was in premium economy from Hong Kong to London. Fairly comfortable seats. Managed to sleep about 7 hours. Food was decent."

缺點: "Our flight was cancelled and we were automatically placed on another EARLIER flight and we weren't notified. I found out the morning of our original flight, as our new flight was about to board. I still haven't figured out who was responsible for this snafu - the airline or Webjet.com. Webjet customer service was horrible and offensive when I tried to explain to them what happened; they said it was my responsibility to check the time. I would disagree - the customer is ultimately supposed to get an email notifying them of the flight change, giving them options. Based on that phone call with Webjet, I will NEVER do business with them again. As for the flight cancellation issue - if Kayak could help me get to the bottom of this, that would be appreciated."

優點: "Big thanks to the ground and flight crew of Cathat Paciic Cx 899!!! My parents flew Dec 3rd from EWR and they had an amazing experience! My dad has to be on a wheelchair and needs assistance and Cathay made sure my parents were well-assisted and comfy on the entire flight. They went above and beyond expectations!!!"

優點: "The crew was friendly and the flight was comfortable. There were two service representatives to take me on the golf cart from my gate in Terminal 1 when I landed to the bus departing from Terminal 2 to Terminal 4 where my connection was. It was unexpected, but saved a lot of stress based on the distance I had to travel within the airport to make the connecting flight."
缺點: "They recently moved the Cathay Pacific flights to the new Terminal 4 in Changi in Singapore. The connecting distance was significant to get from the Terminal 1 gate to the bus leaving from Terminal 2 to get to Terminal 4. Changi is usually VERY efficient, but this was a real inconvenience to not have direct transport from T1 to T4. Also, the lines for Cathay are not properly sorted by First/Business and all status frequent flyers. There were no ropes or anything organizing the queue, so there were well over 150 people lined up for the priority boarding with no clear queue. At that point, there is no priority. Time to get better organized."

缺點: "Flight arrived in LA 30 minutes late. Then had to wait another 30 minutes for a gate to open. All in all, the flight arrived 1 hr late which is very inconvenient and annoying. And the crew isn't has friendly. The boarding time in Hong Kong took a very long time"

缺點: "When an aerobridge is used, boarding should be sequential to avoid pile ups. First the last rows should be boarded, and then the start rows"
