優點： Not a thing
缺點： Your airline did not consider we were travelling with an infant, just provided us with any sitting arrangement. Extremely disgraceful. First and last time travelling on your airline.
優點： Scoot Business is excellent value for money. 35 seats at the front of a Dreamliner with comfortable seats and some recline. The flight took off on time and landed in Sydney on time. I will go again.
缺點： Not much really. It does not compare with Business on the national carriers but at half the price what do you expect?
優點： Smiling stewardess
缺點： So far so good
優點： Crew were good.
缺點： I paid for priority boarding but could not find the queue easily to check in as well as there was no priority boarding line up during boarding. My seat did not decline at all. I paid for a window seat but got a completely blank wall. Flights were late.
優點： Crews are ok in general
缺點： I was detained at the ticket cutting counter because I carried extra plastic back for purchase at the airport. Apparently in HK they have absurd rules saying that you can only have 2 bags carry on. Any extra has to be charges. I never have that kind of rules before using Air Asia at the other country, especially we buy some presents at the airport. I end up throwing a few items away because I can't squeeze in everything in my carry on bag. I will no longer take Air Asia for the Hong Kong Route.
優點： Cheap flight. Delayed due to aircraft issue, I think. At least they were honest about it and apologized.
缺點： Again, as this is a budget airline, you really can't expect too Much from them. They get you from point a to point b, that's enough. You will have to sacrifice your own comfort.
優點： Good value. Some leg room in Biz.
缺點： Paid $30 for wi-fi: It never connected. Just failed to work. “Failed to load page”. Paid for priority check-in: The people in the economy queue checked in faster. Paid for priority boarding: No priority security queue, no priority boarding. Paid for priority baggage: Took 60 minutes from landing for baggage to arrive. No priority, except for crew bags. Food was disgusting. Hard to determine where the plastic finished and the pasta started. There was no service, other than dumping a hot plastic box in your lap.
