優點： "The seat is comfortable."
缺點： "耳機聲音轉小，但是機內廣播超大聲，透過耳機都覺得耳朵快爆掉，又不能調整，代表機內廣播音量和電影音量設定不對。 派餐太慢，我們水果餐先取得，但跳過我們沒有給飲料。 入境單要2張(我和同伴)，只給1張，說晚點給，但是後面座位的人卻有取得，又一直沒有送來，再要求後，才告知已經派送完畢，要我們落地再寫。"
優點： "The crew was friendly n the food tastes surprisingly good, though the portion was small. The entertainment was good. and temperature inside the cabin was just right. Boating time was quick."
缺點： "Actually I was disturbed that CX offers a tabloid newspaper like Apple daily, especially at this sensitive stage when hk is going through such turmoil instigated and supported by Jimmy Lai’s group. It is offensive that such a biased newspaper is on offer, when there are other Chinese newspaper with a more neutral stand. Cathy has been viewed as a sympathiser of “yellow” rioters because of its involvement by management n crew. Now it just brings it more to the memory how CX might be what the leaked reports that many equipment has been compromised by CX crew onboard. Many of CX customers are from middle class, and it could be a big turn-off. It is unwise to patronise a tabloid newspaper when the owner has been named by China as the culprit of the recent troubles in hk. It’s like offering Al Jazeera news on united airlines entertainment........During the whole trip, I was captivated by these thoughts."
優點： "CX759 - Attitude of the flight attendants is very good, it's worthy of appreciation."
缺點： "CX650 - I hope that the flight attendant can have a little more smile and patience. Thank you."

優點： "The crew was understanding of our situation. We had a layover in Hong Kong and they moved us to the front in hopes that we will get out quicker to make the next flight."
缺點： "It wasn’t the airline fault that we were delayed nothing else could have been done"
優點： "The onboard crews were excellent. The entertainment was good too. However, the HK check in counter staffs were terrible, rude, condescending, unprofessional. They left bad tastes in our mouths and ruined the whole trip experience."

缺點： "The cabin was too hot the whole time. Especially for an international flight. The plane left late, which caused me to miss my connecting flight. I ended up on another Cathay flight and that was late as well."
缺點： "去程和回程的機內椅下，餐枱十分污穢，似乎沒有人做清潔，厠所殘舊，污糟，衛生程度比廉航差! 回程在墨爾本check in 時要自助都沒有問題，但詢問地勤問題時十分不友善! 這次國泰給我的印象完全難以想像的差!"
優點： "Food was good, service quick and efficient"

缺點： "Hi. I want you to pay me back half of my air tickets that I paid+ my expenses that I spent. I bought from you air tickets with Scoot airlines from H.K to Singapore on 30 December and back to H.K on the 3 January. when I came to the H.K airport to check in with scoot airlines they said to me that I can't go to Singapore because my passport expired on 2 of June and it's less than 6 months if I want to go to Singapore I need to have in my passport more than 6months. sow in the end I lost the ticket to Singapore and not only this I went back to H.K I toke a room in the hotel 150$ and the day after I went to the embassy of Israel to extend my passport and I bought a new air tickets with Cathay Pacific 350$ to go to Singapore. its mean that I lost my ticket +500$ .and all this because you never informed me that my passport needs to be valid more than 6 months . you can see also in your letter its written there that my passport need to be valid there is not any thing about 6 months. if you was telling me that before I could change my passport. sow pleas I insist that you will pay me back half on my ticket that I lost + my expenses 500$. if I will not get it back my story will be all over in the internet about you I suffered a lot"
