缺點： "Informed gate personnel of a physical disability within our party. Instead of allowing us to board with another party utilizing the wheelchair service, they conveniently suggested that a line was also forming right before boarding the plane."
優點： "Their boarding process was smooth. The cabin crew was attentive. The plane wasn’t full and there were three of us sitting together that were rather large. The crew allowed us to go to an empty seat without someone next to it."
缺點： "The flight had small video screens but no place to plug in a headset so consequently o sound."
優點： "Don't expect to be ontime, or have announcements when there is a gate change. Airport employees are more annoyed that you are visiting then what you would expect. Air doesn't run on the plane until your 10k up. HOWEVER, we got there safely and my bag showed up so all in all its fine."

缺點： "Boarding is very unorganized, and takes so much time. They could probably improve by assigning certain rows to use the front/rear door of the aircraft. For example: rows 1-15 use the front door, and 16-30 use the rear door. That way there’re not too much congestion and waiting on the aisle."

缺點： "The plane was late in boarding, and even later in arrival. We were given no explanation, only an apology. And it turns out worse, because apparently we had been shifted to a plane that was going to continue into Laos, so the plane came in at the International Arrivals Section and we had to take a bus from there to get our luggage in the Domestic Arrivals Hall. Making it all even later. No food offered for this quite expensive flight, only water, and no entertainment either."

優點： "Vietnan Ailrlines is the best and most reliable in-country operator. However, that isn't saying much. Overall, the company, its equipment, and employees are the most professional."
優點： "On its Airbus A 350 Vietnam Airlines recently introduced a new arrangement for the Premium Economy Section. This is the only aircraft used on the SGN-CDG line. Before they had a lay-out of 3-3-3 seats across, strictly identical with the Economy section. It is now 2-4-2, giving some more space to sit comfortably. All seats have now a fixed separation, with the possibility of placing a glass or other small objects on top of it; they look like a smaller version of the old Business Class seats. In the first row the design of the fold-up screens has been improved. Previously some invaded the personal space of the neighbour, as I had experienced last October (my knee still remembers it). Well done. Prem Economy is worth the difference in pricing."
缺點： "In Premium Economy Vietnam Airlines used to serve a lavish breakfast menu. Most of it was sent back as waste, because so many passengers (e.g. French) are accustomed to a minimalist continental breakfast. All this lavishness has disappeared now. While I understand the reason why, I wonder why they also eliminated the small portion of jam or jelly. Only butter is available to spread (spread?) on the tiny bun. It would be a nice touch to have also some jelly. Also during the night shift they used to offer some nice sandwiches to sleepless passengers. Now only pots of instant noodles are offered on demand. These pots are not well adapted for European passengers."

缺點： "There was no luggage requirment on my flight plan. I thought that it was 32 kg since it was international flight. At the counter I wad told I am over 20 kg allowed on that flight since this fligh was code shared with Vietnam Airlines but operated by Cambodia Angkor Airlines. After manager intervention my suitcase was accepted. I would appreciate clear communication about allowed suitcade weight on code shared flights."
優點： "The Air France business lounge that Vietnam Airlines use in CDG Airport was excellent. Lots of space a good selection of food. The airline staff where all wonderful and food on the plane was delicious. I like the sleeping pods. Very private and comfortable."
缺點： "I would like a few more recent English movie choices."

優點： "Flight was delayed 1 hour with no explanation. Boarding was complicated by a long bus ride and again no explanation. The flight had tons of room open but no one offered for anyone to move seats despite a huge, loud crowd of young students keeping everyone awake in the back of the plane."
