Considering this is the longest flight in the world, the flagship flight for Singapore Airlines, and the price paid, it failed to deliver in PremEco. Side note- Early Check-In at Changi Jewel to bag drop hours early is not allowed for SIN > USA. Strike 1. Previous issues with SA's website prevented us from booking the preferred seat in the front row with more legroom. All attempts to contact SA customer support were ignored or incredibly delayed until the seat was booked by someone else. Strike 2 and 3. Boarding area isn't too special. Announcements for boarding were poor. Anyone not in 1st or Business class is definitely made to feel like the lowest. Take off was almost 1am, but they decided to serve one of two meals right afterwards while everyone went to sleep. Strike 4. Meager efforts to offer food or beverage (let alone alcohol) the rest of the 17 hours. Strike 5 Food was average, but below expectations for (again) the flagship flight / longest in world. Powder egg omelet/potatoes or chicken/fries Crew was back in my face to remove my food 4 minutes after they'd served it, since the crew couldn't wait to disappear for hours at a time. Strike 6. Not friendly, not looking to serve passengers paying top $ but quite ready to act superior to tell you what they can't do, can't serve and quick to use degrading tones to tell you to sit down, buckle up. Example 1: Would I like something to drink? Yes, do you have hot tea? We have English breakfast tea. Do you have other flavors? No. Stunning. Example 2: Captain turns on seatbelt sign due to turbulence, attendants go to the back galley and start talking. Turbulence ends, captain turns off seatbelt sign. I get up and walk to the toilets. Attendant, still seated talking to another attendant, turns to me and says "you need to sit down." Me: "no sir, the seatbelt sign got turned off, and I'm hear to use the bathroom. Pay attention and do your job". Wifi is only for upper class or KrisFlyer members. Guess what, I am... but when I enter my info, it fails to connect. Strike 7 (by the way, it isn't high-speed internet anyway Strike 8). 4 whole channels of live TV, sad Strike 9. Movie selection is average. When you're stuck in a tube for 18 hours, it needs to be spectacular, Strike 10. No personal air control, and when sitting on tarmac, there is no air... so guess what, in Singapore it gets hot and humid really fast. Strike 11. PremEco seat was one of the best I've used, so I slept longer than most flights. That was a good thing in itself, but also because it allowed me to skip more of the unpleastantness when awake. For high-priced tick, on a flagship flight of a highly-rated airlines, this was a well-rounded 17hr letdown. But arrived ontime at least.

I would not have changed anything… It was a perfect fight

One of the stewardesses accidentally poured a drink on my blanket, another said that the tea was so ($40) that he may have to charger for $20 for the 2nd cup I asked for. The food was terrible, I have upset stomach probably food poisoning, a stewardess did ofer ginger tea. Not a very good experiences this time.

Competent, polite flight service crew, Food quality was so-so. 2 meals in 19 hour flight was lame.

Liked the boarding process. Seats and leg-room adequate.

Everything was pretty good to excellent

If they have fruits as snacks that would have been good.

Eventually, when I pointed out that I could wear enough of the clothes from the carry on, they agreed to let me take it on. On board, the service was cold, bland and infrequent. The entertainment system lost sound perhaps 20 minutes into the flight."
優點: "I loved the professionalism of the crew, and how they treat the passengers with such care. I prefer Singapore airlines over any other. Seats are very comfortable. This craft had touch screen monitors that worked well. I was able to use my own ear buds by pulling the jack out part way."

票價太高了

之前由於疫情的關係,打算不在飛行中用餐,但是到了機場,發現其實情況沒有想像中嚴重,所以現場請check in 服務台的服務員幫忙訂奶蛋素餐,但是我也明白時間太趕,可能沒辦法。所以心想:有就感恩,沒有也能夠理解。 結果,飛機上某位空服員自願把自己的餐點給我吃,讓我既不好意思,但是也非常感動。 感謝他們的貼心和用心。

非常滿意

優點: "Seat is comfortable."
缺點: "Very nice airplane. Ride is comfortable. Processing in immigration is very fast. In 30min you are in the parking lot already."
優點: "I had the economy XL seat and was quite comfortable"
缺點: "Other than earphone (one ear) not working, all others are good. That was the 2nd pair with the same malfunction, so I suggest changing the earphones."
缺點: "Six empty seats in the “emergency row” I was not feeling well and needed the extra space.5 hours into the 13 hr long haul to Taipei, I felt like I was going to hyperventilate, they charged me $120. Bucks for the privilege. Kosher meal was unbeatable."

Flight from Seattle to Reno was cancelled. Didn’t find out until we got to the transfer desk at SEA. Weren’t able to get first class seats on next flight out the next day.

I got charged twice

MY FLIGHT FROM ABU DHABI TO ISTAMBUL WAS DELAYED, WHICH MAKE ME LOOSE MY FLIGHT ESTAMBUL CHICAGO, WHICH MAKE MAKE LOOSE MY FLIGHT CHICAGO MEXICO, CONTACT YOUR GUEST SERVICE AND DIDNE HEL ME OUT EVENTUALLY AFTER MORE THAN 36 HOURS OF TRAVELLING HAD TO BOOK A HOTEL NIGHT NEAR O HARE AIRPORT AND A NEW TICKET, SUDDENLY AT 12 PM ON MARCH 8 SOMEONE FROM YOU COMPANY CONTACTED ME SAYING THEY WILL HELP ME OUT BUT SINCE I HAD MOVE ON THROUGH MY OWN MEAN THE GUARANTEE DOESNT APPLY AND WONT RE IMBURSE FROM YOUR!! MISTAKE INCREDIBBLE TERRIBLE GUEST SERVICE

缺點: "Unrelated to the flight, the ground handling staff at Istanbul airport, especially the information desk, should be given a crash course in customer care."

It in baggage claim, the Turkish airline representative could not help or prove de a phone number for me to contact somebody indicating although she has the Turkish airlines uniform she works for swissport. 90 minutes later they said they might send the stroller to my house if found and that I may have to cover the cost as Turkish airlines will not....... terrible service terrible experience and I will never fly with Turkish airlines again"

I love flights that give you a hot towel when you arrive, so that was a big plus in my book. The flight stewards were so helpful both on and off the flight. The food was delicious. the pre-boarding area in Manila to Vancouver is terrible. Not enough space. I was flying business and the seating that was reserved for this was not monitored therefore no seats available. Upon boarding for business the area was packed with passengers and no separate line for frequent flyers to board therefore we were stuck behind stanchions permitting us to board. We had to crawl or climb over the stanchions in order to board.... WHAT A MESS!! This criticism is not because I was flying as a frequent flyer as there is not this MESS when flying from Vancouver to Manila. Improvements must be made as this sets the impression for the rest of the journey.

Had a delay on flight back to San Francisco but other than that no issue at all.

Excelling flight, excellent landing. Good foods. My only complain that I paid for my seat and my seat was beside the restroom. Flight attendant are friendly.

It took also a very long time before we took off. We were told that it was because of the luggage being loaded but it took almost 2 hours before we finally took off. In the plane, there was a man who was obviously intoxicated and was talking in a very loud voice. I think that someone should have spoken to him about his behavior and proper decorum on the plane. Also, the flight didn't have WiFi working on the plane as well (we were told that it wasn't working) and the seat back was broken. I wish that they had told us that ahead of time to manage expectations. I hope that the next flight that I take on Philippine Airlines will be better. I hope that these comments/suggestions will really be taken into consideration so that they can make their service even better because I would really want to use Philippine Airlines again."

The worst kind of budget airline. To be honest....the plane was not that bad. Would have been good to have some food choices and some water. What was by far the worse is the passengers/customers that this airline attracts. Coughing and spluttering all over one another with no masks. Just disgusting. Pay for a better carrier and get a better class of passenger.

Later flight was delayed, resulting in me missing my friends pre wedding henna party and arriving more than 8 hours late. Not a single apology given!"
優點: "Except for a 1-hour delay, overall the flight was good, smooth and enjoyable. Loved the inflight meal. For the price we paid we got meal and 30kg baggage allowance, we thought that was just value for money. And they departed from KLIA and not klia2 which is more convenient."
