I stayed near another gait that had international flights, and it turned out the gate was clear on the other side of the complex, which is obscured by construction. If I hadn’t asked one of the workers there I would have missed my flight."

Next time we'll try HNL-SAI entry to Nam. The Boeing 787 was a great ride to/from Ha Noi, particularly with JAL service."

缺點: "My husband and I sat in row 30 (center & aisle). I sat in the center. As soon as the plane took off, we all heard a dog bark nonstop. The lady directly in front of me had brought a dog!! We felt terrible for the person to the lady's left and right. And then in the middle of the flight her dog pooped all over the floor! And the poor Stewardess' (they were SO wonderful) had to clean up the mess. Then the lady had to clean up more pee and poop and left all that mess right in front of my feet and handbag (which I put under the seat)! I had to hold onto my handbag and shoes the entire trip bc it was touching the pile of dirty paper towels! I couldn't eat the meal due to the gross situation, and I was very upset about this situation all bc of this one lady who had no regard for the ppl around her and behind her! I don't know what your policies are concerning bringing a dog on a plane, but it ruined my flight. I love Korean Air, and love the service and the stewardess' professionalism and attentiveness, but this has made me think twice about flying anywhere on Korean Air!"

You have to go (you should know this since it’s the country you’re based out of) a second security check in Seoul, so by the time I actually got out of security it was 5:55pm and my flight was already boarding. I had to run to my next flight and I barley made it. Showing up to my flight a sweaty mess after what felt like a mile run was not a highlight of my experience with Korean air. You guys seriously need to do some reconfiguring of your flights..."

優點: "Flight had to be cancelled because kayak/Korean air allowed us to purchase these tickets aware with the expiration date of Lauren Butz’s passport this would be an issue. Disgusting business practice."

Kayak or Korean air should refund us the cost and some for the stress incurred on our honeymoon, the extra night stay in San Francisco and all the challenges incurred with little to no help from Korean Air on finding an APPROPRIATE resolution (they’re best offer was for us to buy two tickets for the same flight pattern 1 day later for an additional $1,500. THey wanted us to pay them more to get us there? After their shady business practices of willingly stealing money for our initial flight purchase for our honeymoon? Atrocious.)"

缺點: "Flying form LA Had to wait an hour in the air pane for a gate to be assigned in Seoul. It was due to weather issues but crew was not very informative. Connecting flight was delayed by four hours and crew was not sure Did not inform when the flight will leave. Passengers from another delayed flight gathered around our gate and blocked us from entering boarding our plane. They were demanding that our flight should be canceled and didn’t let us board. Security was present they were taking notes but never intervened. This is the first time I have experience this type of chaos on an airport but from the signs posted, it appears that it may be normal situation and this airport. Didn’t expect I will have to push through a mob to board the air plane."

優點: "The food choices, included Korean dishes. The disposal slippers are great when taking shoes off. The air hostesses were friendly and helpful. Good leg room"
缺點: "There was no priority boarding for family with young children, and the boarding sequence was not accordingly to rows, so the boarding process was a bit disorganized. Not enough snacks. Soda was poured out in cups rather than giving the passengers the whole can of soda. Movie selections were not that great, many good current movies were not available. Was disappointed that it was the same set of movie choices as the previous flight. The toilets really needed attention, it was quite dirty and it smelled. Seat does not have enough lower back support, was literally having to sit on my pillow and blanket due to lower back pain. The temperature was not cool enough and it felt warm."

優點: "Overnight flight to San Francisco, the crew is stellar. They are calm and friendly and speak English well. I liked the food options, I would recommend sticking with the American choices if you're not used to Korean food. The dinner was actually pretty good. Entertainment options are plenty, I watched 3 movies and a documentary. The flight maps and outside cameras are great, and it showed that the pilots were constantly trying to find smooth air while the first portion of the flight was bumpy. They found it and the rest of the flight was fairly smooth."
缺點: "Aside from the turbulence, which is no fault to the airline, the only other issue was a smelly bathroom in the back that spread out a few rows. I wasn't sitting back there but I would have liked a freshener if I was in those back rows."

優點: "Clean bathrooms, courteous attendants, plenty of food and drink! These and more are what you can expect from Korean Air. Attendants are also bi or tri-lingual in many instances and will even bring you water and other drinks if you need it. I never felt dehydrated or hungry like I have on other carriers, and I appreciate this so very much because it isn't cheap to buy a bunch of food/drink after security to bring on the plane just to not starve... NOT on KOREAN AIR - full belly, no chapped lips! They even have hydration spray in the bathrooms and lotion too!! You get slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, headphones, and did I mention the games and movies on your INDIVIDUAL SCREEN ARE FREE? In case you are wondering... I flew COACH. Another note from this trip on the level of service. There were a couple of people, who I think were Vietnamese. They spoke no Korean and no English. The flight attendants even made an effort to find another passenger who spoke the language to explain the U.S. Immigration form because the forms were in Korean and English as the flight was coming ion from Korea. It was probably also available in Chinese and Japanese since many from there also take the Korean Air flight to the U.S. Still, the couple spoke none of those languages. They were behind me. It turned out that no one else on the flight spoke their language. So what did the attendants do? Well, they filled out the forms for them so they could get to their family, who turned out to be in Houston."

缺點: "The food did not include varieties, may be is good for korean people but not good for others, the dishes were plastics and foils which are not good for human consumption after being heated. I missed my flight from seoul to saigon because there was two flights with similar time, one with korea and the other with vietnam air, both with similar time but both are with different concourses , then , the ticket did not indicate the gate number , then the airport information operator directed me to the wrong gate resulting in missing my flight to saigon and being subject to penalties which all are not my mistakes. Please fix your system"

優點: "I was recently on flight CI054 from Auckland to Taipei, with a short layover in Brisbane (my final destination was Incheon, South Korea. Due to fog in Brisbane, the flight was diverted to Gold Coast. After arriving in Gold Coast we had to take a bus to Brisbane. It's kind of a long story, but basically I will say it was handled well for the most part my China airlines. Certainly, fog was not there fault and they did everything they could to accommodate passengers, including putting us up in two very nice hotels."
缺點: "The one complaint I have is when disembarking the plane in Gold Coast, there was no China Airlines personnel to be found anywhere. Nobody on the plane knew what we were doing - who was supposed to get on the bus and who was supposed to stay. The Australian immigration authorities and Gold Coast airport staff took control, but again, China Airlines staff had completely disappeared. Nobody was there to tell us whether we should collect our luggage, how to get an appropriate visa to enter Australia, where to go to get on the bus (or even if we SHOULD get on the bus). I was really frustrated at the point, but other than that, I would say they handled it quite well"

優點: "Nice in-flight movie options. Friendly staff. Plenty to drink and enough to eat."
缺點: "Meal was chicken and rice and plenty to drink: water, coffee, soda. There was also pickled vegetables and tofu, but I was satisfied not eating those. Numerous intermittent announcements: [The usual preflight safety briefing, the mid-flight seat-belt and arrival eta announcements, the mid-flight turbulence and temperature comments, the customs-forms hand-outs, the duty-free inflight shopping opportunity announcement, the eventual apologetic conclusion of the duty-free, inflight shopping opportunity] together spoiled my calculated chance of finishing a short movie."

優點: "for the flight from Seoul to Singapore, the flight was superb. In-flight services was perfect. food was excellent and the air stewards and stewardess were all very helpful and full of smiles."
缺點: "Check In process at Seoul Counter. the check-in was stressful. the ground staffs insist on using Check-in Kiosks provided even when it was not working as it should be. Ended up being bounced from one staff to another."

優點: "Excellent Service !!! All you can Drink (Beer/Wine). Two Delicious Meals Served. A Third One if you were still hungry. All these Included With The Price I Paid! Less than$650 R/T during the Off Season. Plus, Good Selection of On Board Movies and Programs. Prompt and Courteous Service from the Korean Airlines Ladies. Took Off On Time, and Arrived On Time. Actually, on the way back, we got in early by 35 Mnts. Will Definitely Book Again With Korean Airlines. No Regrets !"

優點: "A380 is great plane (this coming from a real Boeing enthusiast). Very Quiet! Coach had more leg room than I expected, especially for a non-US carrier. Good service and great inflight entertainment. The airline is not a US domestic carrier so flight staff might not understand every English word of a request but they try very hard. Most US carriers would not try as hard if I were speaking Korean! The whole world does not speak your language and remember that coach is coach for a reason $$$. Customs procedures are out of the control of carriers so comments about that."

缺點: "I would have liked to have had a wider selection of movies. I would also have liked to have a hard copy menu to look at prior to meals, as unfortunately I couldn't always understand the crew, even though they were fantastic. With a little more detail I could have determined whether something was spicy or not."

優點: "The cabin crew was very courteous and attentive. There was a passenger on my flight who appeared to pass out and I was able to observe the care the cabin crew provided him. They acted very professional while the person appeared to be in and out of consciousness. The person eventually became better, but it is always good to see a well prepared crew deal with an issue. Also I am happy they had the bim bim bop on this flight. I didn't have it on the flight I had from Riyadh to Seoul that I took to get out there."
缺點: "The movie selection of Hollywood hits could have been a bit more robust, but it was more that fine."

優點: "The friendliness of the Korean employees was outstanding - always had a nice smile and very courteous. My husband and I flight economy and usually when we fly long distance we will try to upgrade to comfort seating so legs aren't cramped (additional cost with Delta airlines) . With the Korean airlines the economy comfort seating was not an option but then actually not needed since the leg room was quite adequate. The blankets and other amenities for the flight were a nice touch with the blankets being very nice and cozy."
缺點: "The Korean airlines line at airport in Shanghai for ticketing and handing off of luggage was way too long. We thought arriving at the airport 2 and 1/2 hours prior to flight plenty of time for checking in but had to scramble to get to flight in time. With the menu - certainly was offered enough food but would like to see a vegetarian option as to meal."

缺點: "The fact that this JAL Flight was operated by Korean Air meant that not only was the staff different, the the plane itself was an older and smaller model with extremely little room and zero entertainment systems. Both of these developments were severely disappointing given that the 2 hour round trip was 440USD, and flying on a budget airline would have provided basically the same experience for much cheaper. Furthermore the flight was delayed for over an hour taking off at almost 10:00pm instead of 8:40pm. The meal service was quite disappointing as well given the long wait. This delay nearly caused me to miss the last train into the city, in which case I would have needed to take an incredibly expensive Tokyo taxi ride to my accommodation. This was avoided by luck alone, as the airport immigration lines at Haneda airport were uncharacteristically empty. All in all, it was a surprisingly frustrating experience and remarkably stressful. I have known JAL and Korean Air to both be excellent carriers and was quite disappointed to have such a poor flight experience could have been exceeded by an average Peach or Vanilla Air flight."

缺點: "At our first checkin from Korea Ana, seems we have to look at a screen for our luggage just to double check that they made it past customs (never had to do that before) - check in was a bit longer compare to yvr their scanner was much smaller so definitely can’t have big carry on"

優點: "The staff of ANA took superb care of us from the moment we entered the airport (both SEA and NRT); kindness, excellent food (choose the seafood diet, the food is excellent and you get served first!) and helpful directions in English whenever we looked the slightest bit confused. I will always look to fly ANA going forward. oh, and comfortable economy seats; enough room (I am 6'2") and no numb bum."

優點: "Check in is a breeze, the staff even helped me to load my luggages to the counter. Boarding is prompt and orderly. The food is excellent , love the kabosu, there is snack available at the back in case you are still hungry. Entertainment is good choices, headphone is nice."

It would be MUCH better for ANA and the customer to begin the checkin process 3.5 to 4hours prior instead of 3."

I may heed to check out your milage club and stop using various carriers for my trans Pacific flights. Thank you very much ANA."

Thankfully they were helpful but they mentioned the ANA SHOULD have helped me find the next available flight but the representative kept repeating it was not her job. Finally she looked and said there were no available flights and tried to push me to buy another ticket through another company. My ticketing agent helped after she heard what happened and rebooked my flight for the next day. Hopefully everything goes smoothly but ANA staff at Gimpo were a bit of a nightmare to deal with"

I would like to ask for the same standard of parents traveling with children who are 6 or younger to board first so they can get settle and these patents are tiring from dealing with their children during the flight. They are extra tired than regular passengers."

I especially enjoyed their in flight exercises before landing, it really felt great to get some proper circulation after sitting for a few hours."

My flight from Seoul to Los Angeles was on a Boeing which felt a bit older; entertainment screen was smaller and had a strange viewing angle (you have to adjust the tile until you get a clear view). While not really bad, I could've paid more attention to see if they inform which type of planes are being used during booking."

We took Asiana this time because the ticket price was significantly less than EVA. Below are the reasons we won't do it again. 1. The food was awful. My wife had the Asian dishes and I had the Western dishes. Both were well below the quality of food we're used to on EVA. 2. Transit in Seoul. On the way to Bangkok from LA we had 50 minutes to transit Seoul to our next flight. The transit security line was quite long and it was obvious that we, along with a few dozen other passengers, weren't going to be able to make the connection. After much complaining from us and our fellow passengers they ran us through another security line. Rushed to the airplane and made it. On returning to LA from Bangkok it was exactly the opposite. The only option was nearly 8 hours connection in Seoul. But we had plenty of time to negotiate the transit security line. These connect times did not occur because of a last-minute ticket purchase. I purchased these tickets in July for a December/January flight to Bangkok and return. 3. Inflight service was not at the level of EVA. Like any other Asian carrier, the flight attendants were light years ahead of ANY US airline crew, but below the standard of EVA. Waking you up to eat a meal (I typically don't eat dinner at 1AM), etc. I was sleeping with my seat reclined and the flight attendant took it upon herself to upright my seat at meal time and woke me up, presumably so the person in the seat behind me was more comfortable with space to eat their meal, but hey...I purchased the seat to sleep just like the other passenger purchased the seat to eat, so I think I had just as much right to "my space and comfort" as the other passenger did. Just little stuff that doesn't happen on EVA. 4. Inflight entertainment is lacking as compared to EVA. Few movie and TV choices, few game choices. 5. We sat in economy. The seats were not very comfortable. Seems the cushions were thin and it became like sitting on plywood after a while. Legroom on the 747 flight wasn't so great, but there was plenty of legroom on the A380. The A380 seating was still kinda hard, but the legroom sure helped. 6. Boarding process. Poorly organized. Nobody pays a bit of attention to "boarding by row number". Consequently it's a bit of chaos during boarding. The old saying, "you get what you pay for" is true. For a flight of that length I won't choose to save the $200 or so per ticket and will ride on EVA. We've proven to ourselves that EVA is just pretty hard to beat."

While checking in at the Incheon airport, the ground attendant ask me for my final destination. After a few minutes, shw mentioned that our baggage will be picked up at LAX. I was so relieved since this trip was 3 weeks with 3 50lbs luggage and 2 10 lb backpacks. I imagined going to Japanese Immigration again and explaining the reason for the entry. Because of this our layover is seamless. Star Alliance made it so easy for us to take their airlines anytime. Kudos to Star Alliance. Oh, the legroom is roomy for Economy! Nothing can compare with their airbus. I am only 5foot1inch and its like having a lounging chair. My husband whose 5’10” is happy with the space. Thanks for thinking of your passengers!"

And, the charger in my seat did not work - bummer. while I appreciate very much uneventful and safe flights to and from our destination, I will more than likely not fly Asiana again. I don't like giving poor reviews, but you can't know to fix something if you don't know it is broken."

優點: "Glad to have food and drink on the flight. Airline flight attendants were superb on all 4 Asiana flights from Honolulu, Hawaii to Vietnam via Seoul, Korea that I took. Beautiful as well as super efficient and responsive to all requests. I felt "served" as a customer in the best sense of the word, something I have not felt for a long time on an airplane. Even through the flights were long and very full, the attendants were very professional and this made the flight seem shorter and more enjoyable. The economy seat had more legroom and seat space than most other airlines, which made sleeping/dozing much easier. Pillow and blanket too."
缺點: "Food was so-so, except for the Korean dinner which was very good. I had to ask for a 2nd glass of wine - skimpy portions both times."

Now I guess I have to pay for a new one out of my pocket for their mistake!"

缺點: "This airline puts priority on Korean speaking men non Korean women with a helpless child. First of all, my child was too large for the bassinet so I held him the entire time. Fine, I get it's for safety. But to make matters worse, my child had a fever and cried out of discomfort for the first 3 hours of a 10 hour flight. A male passenger complained and instead of defending a mother and a helpless sick child, the flight crew kept insisting ways to make my baby stop crying. Do you think I wanted to hear my child in that much pain? No, of course not. One male crew member told me to take my child to the back of thr aircraft (away from the complaining man). Ummm... I paid for my seat just like everyone else!! To be treated differently just because my baby is crying is HORRIBLE. To top it off, the seats are the worst I've ever sat in. My back and butt were in so much pain from those horrible seats. Bottom line- I will NEVER fly with this airline again after the mistreatment my baby and I received. This airline puts Korean speaking men above anyone else's needs, including a helpless 14 month old who feels horrible and doesn't know how else to communicate pain. I'll add that we were on a 10 hour flight after a 9 hour layover in Incheon and a 4 hour plane ride that was DELAYED from 1:45AM to 3:45AM. We were extremely tired and had been through so much already. If the crew had been more protective of us and understanding to the fact that he's a BABY I would have let the complaints slide. Last note- this airline delayed us 3 separate times. Yes.. 3 separate occasions. Do I need to say anything more?"

They were tired and outdated. Second, The entertainment package was abysmal. Basically, you were forced to watch a TV with bad reception, and no ability to choose what you wanted to see other than flipping through the channels and seeing what was already on. That meant never seeing the beginning of a movie. The picture quality was very poor. Although an international flight of seven hours duration, it felt more like a charter bus to Vegas buy a discount operator. I have the exact same experience flying from Korea to San Francisco on a prior trip. If I could learn how to determine which aircraft I would be flying in the future, I would never book an international trip on Asiana knowing that this particular aircraft would convey me."

優點: "Between the legs of my Asiana flights, I had a 9-hour overlay at INC. Upstair in the same area with the pricey and exclusive lounges for elite travelers, there was a "Nap Space" or "Nap Place: a large suite of rooms with maybe sixty comfortable couches to catch up on missing sleep... with no sign-up required and no supervisory staff. And totally free of charge! Every airport should consider having such a welcomed service. Also at INC, bona-fide transit passengers with a outbound boarding pass can take a free shower (soap and towels provided as well?). Wow. These amenities surely make INC one of the least loathsome airports in Asia at which a day-long layover may be spent."

Second, lay over from 2 1/2 hrs. became 5 1/2 hr. After all the wait, we did not even get the change the seats. I did not expect this form Asiana. This was very disappointing."

Upon boarding, a family had taken over my seat and row, moving themselves without asking and displacing all 3 of us in that row. The crew quickly found a solution where everyone got a seat they desired, even with a completely full flight. The food and entertainment were excellent, with a decent variety of movies and TV shows."
缺點: "When boarding, there is just one huge line with the entire flight lined up. Myself and a few other passengers just waited around the gate area until final call and then boarded, avoiding having to stand in the line that stretched to the next gate. Legroom was decent enough for a 5 hour flight. Asiana flights seem to be in no hurry to depart on time, although they usually arrive on time. We boarded on time, but my flight left the gate an hour late. However, we arrived to PNH ~15 minutes early, so that made up for the delay."

優點: "Helpful staff who regularly cleaned restrooms."
缺點: "Minimal, unhealthy meals. Poor choice of beverages (no cartons of milk) and gloopy fried fish that was all batter. Tpe-Seoul meals were perfunctory boxes with no choices besides malodorous rice. Entertainment was very thin on movies and (jazz/classical) music, and the preview window was about one by two inches, ludicrously small. No English subtitles on most world or Asian movies."

優點: "My flight: hanoi --->Incheon----> Chicago (Asiana) Chicgao---> GSP Origination flight in Hanoi to Incheon, agent failed to indicate that I had a final connecting flight from Chicago to GSP, SC. Flight from Incheon to Chicago departed nearly an hour after scheduled departure. --- resulted in me missing my next flight. Scrambled to reschedule my next earliest flight out of chicago. --- I advise Asiana ground agent about my situation and agent couldnt do anything for me! No hotel? Or apologize? Was very upset. It was a 14 hour flight and past 10 pm, I was tired. Asiana could have booked a hotel night but they chose not to. Lack of accountability and service! United at least rebooked me for their next morning flight. Charged extra for my carryon"
缺點: "Boarding seemed to have taken longer than usual. Plane departed nearly an hour from scheduled time."

優點: "Great service. Good meal."
缺點: "Slight delay of 1 hour, late inbound aircraft (weather)"

優點: "I am on the plus size and I always have a hard time choosing an airline that would be comfortable for my size. Its was my first time to fly with Asiana and I was so impressed with how generous their seat space is."
缺點: "Food is not the great"

優點: "The price: my round trip ticket from Tokyo Haneda to JFK was only 850USD The layover is only 2 hours which is bearable and enough time to find the boarding gate and a little shopping."
缺點: "Everything else. You can check-in online within 48 hrs before your flight, but there is no QR code produced on their app for paperless check-in. The food was terrible, and the seats were not made for long flights. I really felt the "economy" vibe. They only provide disposable slippers, but everything else you need to check the lavatories if there were toothbrushes or mouthwash packets left. Overall, I will still consider flying this airline for any emergency flight back to the US, but if there will be a compeittive airline, maybe i'd try another. Their business class seem enticing.. maybe comsoder it too."

缺點: "1. The stewards were not friendly, especially she kept on forgetting to give me food since I was unfortunately sitting by the window next to 2 big men in the middle and aisle seats. 2. In LA while getting my luggages from the caroussel, I asked the porters 3 times to help me lift, but they ignored me and just attended to the ones with wheelchairs. Even if I'm not in a wheelchair, I am a seniour, and there are aches already in my body here and there. So that day, my back was aching til the following day. Lesson learned, other airlines are much much better than Asiana when it comes to treatment given to seniours. My first time to try, maybe the last."

優點: "Food was delish (esp the Korean options), and crew was very courteous. The plane going to our destination had an updated online entertainment system -- touch screen worked w/o too much effort and the control was an easy reach from in front of you but I can't say the same for the flight back which i think is an older plane."
缺點: "I was getting sick and had fever the day i was going to fly back home. I was contemplating moving my flight but wanted to know if I could do it without getting charged (say if I had a doctor's note from the hospital) or at least how much I would have to pay... I didn't get to ask at all because (1) it was hard for me to find the correct customer service to call and (2) when I reached it, I was asked to call again as services were busy. I ended up taking the flight sick because I didn't want to rack up extra charges. Also, I find the seats pressing on to my thighs if my legs are in a relaxed position (meaning not trying to keep my knees together as if I was in a job interview). I've had to put a blanket or pillow between me and the armrests so they wouldn't hurt. Some airplanes have thinner more streamlined armrests and those have made some of my other travels more comfortable."

優點: "The flight attendants are nice and service is excellent."
缺點: "The planes are old, have no wifi, and poor entertainment. But worst of all the seats SUCK! I had a window seat and there was a metal box in the foot space! A 10 hour flight with no place to put my feet or legs. The seat was cramped and unbearable. I noticed every window seat has this box. This should never be designed for a transatlantic flight. I will NEVER fly them again. The food was pretty nasty too. Rubbery chicken and the omelet was gross at breakfast. The check in process was terrible. Everyone just files in line, no order to boarding people."

優點: "Everyone was so personable. We had 4 adults , 2 boys and a baby girl so it was hard to get everyone situated but with the staff on the plane it was just simplicity. All of our needs were met , wether it was someone wanting an extra blanket or the baby needing food or even helping the 2 boys get situated before and after take off . They apparently love babies because they couldn't get enough of ours and were always wanting to play with her and make her smile (which goes along way) and that helped her not feel so groggy on the plane . They know it's a long flight so they get you comfortable even down to giving you slippers and great tasting food."
缺點: "The only thing I didn't like was the long flight but that's not the staffs fault, it was inevitable if your flying halfway across the world . the plane had 12 inch touch screen tv with music, movies, games , news , kids entertainment and even how to learn Korean so it it was very helpful in keeping you entertained throughout the plane ride ."

優點: "As expected, the crews' service were good. Comfortable seats and nice meals."
缺點: "On the way back to Singapore, there was no entertainment in each seat. Didn't expect this and never experience from my previous flight with Asiana. There was the main screen in the centre but I can't choose and the lights were on all the way when I tried to sleep. Disappointed that they didn't inform in advance. People expect Asiana as same as SQ which provides full of new equipment such as personal screen on each seat."

優點: "They kept changing the flight schedule on the spot and kept us waiting at the airport. Some of the flight attendant s of asiana airlines were rude."

優點: "Asiana staff are not trained in medical issues such as what to do when a passenger complains they are feeling weak from low blood sugar/hypoglycemia conditions. It is common for people with low blood sugar to have blood sugar drops while flying. The condition is dangerous if not handled properly but can be remedied very easily by simply increasing a passenger's intake of protein (such as chicken or beef) and carbohydrates, such as rice (but not white bread or deserts, as those cause spikes and drops in blood sugar). Basically, you only need an extra meal. I told a crew member about my condition and said I simply needed a second meal. She gave me a problem about it and at first refused. She understood the English words low blood sugar, but she was obviously not trained in that common issue. I was ready to pass out due to a drop in blood sugar and only when I threatened to file a lawsuit in a U.S. court against Asiana (as I anticipated passing out) did she react. Within a few seconds after I mentioned a potential lawsuit, she got me a second meal of chicken and rice. I ate it and the protein and carbs stabilized my blood sugar for the rest of the flight. It's a problem easily remedied but I had to argue with the flight attendant to grant my very simple but very necessary request. Asiana needs to comply with the norms of global carriers and train its staff to understand such comment conditions as low blood sugar. U.S. and European carrier understand this condition very well, and their crews are trained in how to handle it by simply giving extra food. Asiana needs to comply with modern, global norms."
缺點: "If you have low blood sugar dont take Asiana. Crew not trained in this simple medical issue."

優點: "Again, Asiana offers very good and efficient service for the money. Overall I would definitely fly them again and recommend them to anyone who asked."
缺點: "My only complaint is that the cabin staff were often not visible for hours at a time. On my flight from LA to Seoul, the crew was constantly in the aisles offering water and juice without being summoned by passengers. There were a few times when I wished that someone would come by with water or juice, but didn't want to press the call button to get them. Lunch options as we neared LAX were both Asian style, and a middle-ground option would have been appreciated. On the outbound flight to Seoul we had breakfast options that included pancakes."

優點: "Clean bathroom, well maintain during flight unlike some airlines 5 stars for that"
缺點: "Chicken was grilled marked than steam result tuff rubbery. Hostess refused to exchange it with beef saying thete eas no more on the spot, not even asking others waitresses from different raw, while later on when everyone wad sleeping I went to asked for water and there you go. She ead eating the beef from economic class and a dish from first class. I always thought that customers are valuable because we pay their salaries?! Very desapointed from this hotess from the Philli. Who during the who flight treat me like dirt, maybe she hates Americain? Also most of movies are children oriented only a few for mature minds and they are over a year old. First time on Asiana and last time even been a star alliance member what a disappointment!"

優點: "Crew members were helpful and nice."
缺點: "1.Flight Network said that the transaction was in US dollars. Therefore there shouldn't have been a currency exchange fee from my US bank. However, Flight Network charged Canadian dollars, so my US bank charged me a 3% exchange fee and the Canadian bank charged me another $8 fee resulting in a combined $32 extra to the price.of my ticket. Flight Network was not honest about the currency of the transaction. Kayak should require that Flight Network and any other vendors be honest about the currency of the transaction. 2. The extra 5 hours of layover at Incheon Airport was a total drag. It caused me to miss my connecting flight from LAX to Mexico City, so by the time I got into Mexico City there were no more buses running to Queretaro. I had to book a room in Mexico City at an additional expense and pay for taxi fare that I would not have needed if Asiana Airlines hadn't added 5 extra hours of layover to my trip."

優點: "From Seoul, the staff were all quick and prompt."
缺點: "JFK Front desk clerk( she seemed to be an indian or Latin Indian) were so rude and she looked to have no idea for her job. Sorry to grade for " Boarding, Mediocore" Nevertheless, the girl made us too confused. our departure to HK thru Seoul, she gave us boarding pass only to Seoul and my husband uses a cane due to leg pain. ( he can not bend his leg properly). I asked her to give a front seat. She simply ignored my request. At least, she should better say yes or no! However, other staffs helped us!"

優點: "The configuration of two seats on the sides convenient when flying with a partner."
缺點: "Service effecient but lack warmth. Food choice limited, no vegeterian option ."

優點: "Great crew and comfortable flight"
缺點: "Delayed for several hours after boarding because of a technical difficulty with the airplane. This delay caused me to miss an important dinner meeting in Thailand and cost me extra money to arrange transportation from the BKK to my hotel."

缺點: "I wad so confused. I wonder Why your call centers registered in korea, china and u.s in lost service always? Instead of me, a hotel manager talked with call center after so many trying. But just told her it was my fault and you cut the call. I think your customer service team helped me more proper and instantly. But I was so sorry because your team just tell me to cancel and to rereserv again. Of course It was one of the solution I agree. If I buy the other ticket. I can get a boarding pass with my name is on it with rightly wrritten. Beyond reponsibility, please think about my side in china. I hope you check about my comment and to think about your attitude. To consider your side, Just send you message individually. Thanks"

優點: "The crew was extremely efficient and friendly. They made sure everyone was accommodated."
缺點: "The plane itself was old, meaning it had less leg room. The entertainment system was also an old, channel-based system, which meant you had to start on time to watch a movie, and could not choose which one you wanted to watch at which time. The screen display resolution was also very poor, as were the movie choices."
